一行三人諗住去試吓新開燒牛放題,入口與上環某日食燒肉店設計一模一樣,入口環境有少量煙,明顯通風不足。餐牌有A B C D E F選擇,我哋選擇左啲餐有小田牛及海鮮任食,加錢又飲品甜品沙律吧,牛上菜寶箱裝飾裝飾適合打卡,但係全部冇牛肉味,枱面鹽樽難以控制,㩒極都冇嘢出,辣椒醬refill完都係得少少,海鮮類蝦肉霉,南瓜矮瓜切得薄過紙容易燒著。唯一欣賞飲品吧有樽裝野飲,有菠蘿汁蘆薈蘋果汁雜果汁賓治等等,仲有自助西式飲品,雪櫃有各式日本明治牌子雪條及雪糕。沙律蒜蓉包粒林晒,味道較重較咸。每人加埋一$700/1,完全吾合理。 continue reading

每次去旅行,不論日本、台灣或韓國,都一定會找間烤肉店試試,六歌仙、馬場洞同乾杯都不知留下了多少足跡。當聽到佐敦有新烤肉店逆市開張,而且是少見的「小田和牛」,早已經蠢蠢欲試。餐廳佔了全層,門前的半腰玻璃,可以睇到廚師在處理牛肉。在大門口處,有官方的認證及出口證,令人更添信心。餐廳走簡約風,設有廂房及卡位,但若然想試一下「新幹線」的滋味,就要在訂位時講低。餐廳有A~F的不同套餐選擇,當然價錢同肉類質素會有差異,但豐儉由人。畢竟自己係「牛魔皇」,難得有香港少見的「小田和牛」,當然要去盡。「F」餐係涵括了所有肉類,如果想抵食少少「D」餐都是一個不錯的選擇,都已經可以食到部份「小田和牛」。和牛專列快線前菜泡菜盛合與涼拌小食盛合都是以韓式為主,不外乎是漬青瓜、辣蘿蔔、菠菜、泡菜及芽菜之類,而且份量不多,正好用來開開胃口。盛合系列先來一個「舟·盛合」。內裡已經有美國和牛、澳洲和牛、日本產豚肉、日本產雞肉、海鮮及野菜,當然有一片豬油供客人塗抹在金屬網上。而選用部位由牛里脊肉、牛肋肉、牛肋條肉到牛外橫隔膜。當中最喜歡牛外橫隔膜,因為都好少機會食到,至於牛肋條肉,在食用時就要用較剪剪開。是日寳箱或鹿兒島黑毛牛特選盛合(七款)由於店方是把整隻牛購入,所以好多特別部位都食到。自己心多,想試多幾款肉,就選了特選盛合。而盛合就由卡座旁邊的「新幹線」專列送上,期間在煙霧縈繞中飛馳,充滿了玩味。由高至低是牛肋間肉、西冷、三角腹肉、內側後腿肉、肉眼、牛肩肉及三筋。盛皿是一條木梯級,由上而下擺放,同樣地放上肉類牌供分辨,好讓客人按自己喜歡的部位,方便之後的追加。個人而言偏好油花較多的三角腹肉,肉味濃郁,烤時更經常冒起火花,油香四溢,加埋一杯冰凍啤酒,是絕配。和牛壽司壽司類有牛大腹肉壽司及生牛肉壽司,能充分感受到牛肉的質感與味道,又是另一種享受。將半熟蛋拌均,然後把生牛肉用火槍炙過,逼出油香,再沾上蛋漿,口感豐腴,這個「灸燒壽喜燒壽司」真邪惡。飯或拉麵套餐內有幾款澱粉質食物,飯類有香蔥海苔溫泉蛋拌飯、壽喜燒牛肉丼或燒肉丼,而麵類就有辛辣牛肋肉拉麵、博多豚骨拉麵或冷麵。今次試了壽喜燒牛肉丼同博多豚骨拉麵。質素當然未能質專門店比,但已經不錯,不過都幾大碗,隨時吃不完,建議可以細碗小小,避免造成浪費。客人亦可另加$68/平日或$78/假日,便可享用所有沙律、飲品及甜品,當中最吸睛的,一定係強大既雪條陣容。沙律如果食得太多牛,感到開始膩,不妨食少少沙律,清清味蕾,有新鮮水果沙律、柚子明太子凱撒沙律、螺絲粉沙律、健康蔬菜沙律及健康雜豆沙律,全部獨立包裝,保證衛生。飲品飲品凍櫃有大量不同口味飲品,芒果汁、雜果賓治、蘋果蘆薈、橙汁、士多啤梨汁、菠蘿汁、熱情果汁、西柚汁、金桔檸檬汁及蘋果汁,總有一款啱妳口味,只怕閣下有選擇困難症,會難以決定。當然會有芬達、可樂雪碧同忌廉呢類比較popular既飲品,但有得揀,就一定係飲果汁。雪條陣容可以話見過最強勁的。試睇下,有井村屋紅豆味雪條、明治角10棒四方雪條梳打味、明治藍莓乳酪味雪條、明治煉乳紅豆雪條、井村屋牛奶金時雪條、明治栗子紅豆雪條、日本樂天北海道雲呢拿味雪條與及鹿兒島Seikea南國白熊雪條,係咪誇張到一個點呢? continue reading

已經好耐冇打食評,但真係overpriced甚至可以講係無味到唔打唔得。很遺憾地說,最好嘅產品係佢哋嘅飲品,我飲咗3round Sapporo.我哋一行四人嗌set D + all u can drink alcohol 每人埋單$760,完全唔抵。嗰個發光寶盒好適合一啲鍾意打卡嘅人士,一打開,好似仙女散花咁啲氣噴出嚟,係靚嘅,真係好啱出Story. 噴完之後,就發現個盒邊發霉。。。同店員講佢都馬上幫我哋換返個,服務態度尚算不錯。然後就發現醃蘿蔔是餿的。。。同佢講再同我地換,態度仍然良好。主打的小田和牛只有油花,沒有牛肉味。認真真係舊舊都冇。通風很差,邊燒肉對眼邊好”業”. 你能夠想像連燒南瓜同冬菇呢啲食材本身似係很不新鮮所以完全冇水份嗎?唯一值得讚賞嘅係,嗰個蔥花牛幾好食,出色嘅點唔係牛嘅本身而係佢嘅蔥同埋蒜蓉😅睇吓我其他食評,基本上冇好評都係OK,真係未試過差。呢間係第一間。我只能說呢間公司嘅marketing做得很不錯,朋友見到社交平台廣告就book咗,而且聽講仲唔容易book添。希望店家好好考慮真係入返啲靚牛,等大家幫你寫返啲好評。今日嚟呢度之前開個OpenRice搵地址,見到係新嘅店舖但係負評已經多過好評。唔講好評唔係唔係買返嚟先,但係新店令顧客咁有衝動想寫咁多個負評都真係值得反省下。 continue reading

平時唔會打食評,但呢一間差到唔打唔得。今次的是set D, 每人買單$760,完全唔抵。主打的小田和牛只有油花,沒有牛肉味。通風很差。牛肉盒發霉。醃蘿蔔是餿。跟員工反映他們沒有歉意,好像司空見慣一樣,換一個便了事。牛肉燒肉汁完全不夾味。只要食過這一家,便會知道好吃的牛肉,不是付錢就能吃到。今次真的貼$760買難受。四人埋單$3100。臨走前倒垃圾的大叔,還要一言不發打尖使用𨋢,讓一眾客人10分無奈地走樓梯。我的天,你能感受我的憤怒嗎?(同台四人一致認為,非常客觀,有一些稍有過犯的已經沒有提及,只希望大家不要再中伏) continue reading
