To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. Aria位於蘭桂坊加州大廈24樓，居高臨下，環境好靚好舒服，啱晒同伴侶或者朋友過嚟食返個brunch ！佢weekend有半自助式brunch提供，自助區選擇好多，海鮮有生蠔，大大隻龍蝦，長腳蟹，鮮蝦，同蜆，仲豐富過酒店自助餐😝另外仲有好多沙律同意大利特色小食，好似意式生牛肉，唔同嘅芝士， Parma Ham，千層麵，焗茄子，真係超豐富呀😃選擇多得你食物質素都好好，海鮮好新鮮，尤其係個生蠔同龍蝦，食到停唔到口！如果食完咁多前菜都唔夠喉嘅話，仲可以加幾十蚊要多主菜，今日我就試咗佢個芝士pizza😍芝士味超香濃，新鮮焗製，餅底卜卜脆，仲要好大份，兩個人share都得🤣最後仲有甜品任食，有水果，幾款蛋糕，同佢自家製嘅Tiramisu同埋雪糕，全部質素都好好。加上呢度食嘢唔限時，可以慢慢食慢慢chill，加埋杯白酒，真係可以坐幾個鐘🤣 食物質素高，坐低又舒服，推介俾大家試吓👍🏻
