To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. Weekend諗唔到咩做，最好就去中環嘆返個brunch啦！啱啱個weekend去咗位於蘭桂坊嘅意式餐廳Aria，佢嘅weekend brunch，係半自助形式，前菜海鮮甜品任食，唔夠食，仲可以加少少錢有一份主菜，一定食得飽！佢嘅自助區可以用酒店式自助餐嚟形容，實在係超級豐富！最正嘅係佢海鮮區竟然有生蠔同原隻龍蝦，回本之選🤣 而且質素都相當之高，佢哋嘅龍蝦係用波士頓藍龍，好少見！肉質非常彈牙，而且好大隻，同一般喺酒店食嘅好唔同，我自己就好鍾意啦👍🏻👍🏻生蠔海水味唔重，易入口，而且新鮮，忍唔住食咗成打🤣 另外佢有多款意式食品，beef carpaccio, 千層面，ham and cheese都有好多，每樣食少少都已經飽咗八成👍🏻主菜方面，由於實在食到太飽，我都係求其叫咗個pasta試吓，呢度嘅pasta煮得偏硬，有意大利嘅風味，醬汁好香濃，芝士味豐富，正！最後甜品入佢哋嘅自家製Tiramisu同雪糕，另外佢哋嘅蛋糕都非常唔錯，可惜實在食得太飽，我都係食咗少少，下次一定要食返夠本😝
