店員提醒小心燙手。碟子原來是烘熱了的。這個做法我是明白的,因為盛著松露湯是可以更能揮發出松露的香氣出來,在官能方面,絕對滿足了鼻子的享受。

蓉蓉的蘑菇粒自有自家的味道,融和在松露湯內,有種細緻的香滑質感。整個湯色香味俱全。

主廚建議個湯的飲法是先飲半杯湯,然後 “飲” 隻生蠔,再然後飲埋餘下半杯湯。呢個飲法真夠特別,一熱一冷再一熱,刺激著味蕾,好味之餘又幾好玩。

黑毛豬切成柳條,煎得頗香。肉質不是腍滑那種,反而是較有咬口有嚼頭的那種,和扁意粉配合在一起都唔錯。

賣相唔錯。整個菜都被松露汁覆蓋著,所以香氣特濃。

雞扒肉嫩,雞皮又滑,食雞愛連皮食的人一定會鍾意。至於隻鮑魚雖然都很好食,但是,始終都被海鮮拼盤的那隻鮑魚比下去。
