To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 朋友介紹,行到皇悅酒店行上斜路一條街轉右至盡頭便到,還算易找的,門口有一隻大蟹擺設!點菜後,第一道上的是凍花蟹,邊吃邊等蒸海鮮,很鮮甜新鮮!跟著便是日本大元貝,新鮮彈牙,味道帶鮮甜!然後是大西洋野生青口及紐西蘭刀貝蚌,因有殼關係,都很有海水味,不用再沾豉油吃,完全能發揮海鮮鮮味!然後是韓國慶南珍珠蠔,啖啖肉,又厚又多汁!跟著便是我最期待的菲律賓大黃奄蟹!因菲律賓海鮮出名好吃,而這隻太黃奄蟹非常多膏,甘香而鮮甜,蟹肉也超多,回味!最後的海鮮便是澳洲青年龍蝦,台灣九孔鮑魚及越南大虎蝦,都是非常新鮮彈牙,通通也能吃出鮮味,集合每個國家最好的海鮮!有機蔬菜籃,內裡有粟米及蔬菜,為這餐作平衡!海鮮粥是用蒸海鮮的汁,加進粥裡熬,內裡還有排骨,芋頭粒及粟米,極盡鮮味!甜品是椰汁燉雪燕,微甜剛好,椰汁味濃!
