「 8度餐廳」位於8度海逸酒店內。餐廳不算太大，卻設置了好多張餐枱，枱與枱之間的距離太近，整個環境有些嘈吵，裝修也有些舊，以酒店餐廳來講環境不算太好。今次酒店聯乘 Häagen-Dazs推出清新果香下午茶，每位優惠價只需港幣$98，非常抵食！食物質素也不錯，個人覺得鹹點方面做得比較出色，整體口味偏淡，味道清新，尤其雜錦花蜜串燒，同行友人讚不絕口！Häagen-Dazs哈密瓜雪糕帶著仙氣翩翩出場，頗有心思！
