8度海逸酒店既10週年抺茶下午茶套餐,$98每位不連加一咁抵,梗係要黎試下啦😁近呢一年好鍾意食下午茶,高級少少至中價都試過。下午茶除左講食物質素之外,賣相同presentation都好重要,黎得食下午茶都係想放鬆下慢慢enjoy,打個卡咁啫😉😂我地一早已經book左呢個優惠,早半個鐘係G/F餐廳門外輪候。現場有不少客人同我地一樣早到,時間一到大家都衝上前,有少少混亂。安排方面不完美,尚可改善。當我地拎出已print 的booking form,reception先告訴我們要上2/F入座,而booking form地址係寫大堂的。到我地上到去,完全冇路牌或工作人員帶路,最後我地經過一系列的客房,穿過泳池,先搵到原來我地被安排係poolside cafe。輪環境,樓下大堂grand d 開揚d。我對於環境方便有d唔滿意的😢Tes set上得好快,等我地成間房仔坐滿人時,侍應就開始上下午茶。侍應亦有禮貌地問我地要熱或凍的綠茶。賣相傳統,用左三層架放置鹹甜點,脆雞同薯條則分開擺放。如果可以把炸雞同薯條用靚d既碟上效果會更好,而家有少少格格不入,好似食食下teaset叫左鄭嘉穎黎送外賣咁😅😅抹茶芝士蛋糕:好膩,死甜味抹茶千層蛋糕:千層皮又厚又乾身芒果拿破崙:酥皮唔脆抹茶巴伐利亞蛋糕:都係死甜,抹茶味唔香英式鬆餅配抹茶忌廉:忌廉唔滑煙三文魚他他伴蟹籽:最好食係呢樣芥末鮮蝦沙律:沙律正常,不過唔鍾意芥末醬黑松露蟹肉沙律開面三文治:一般都會用多士,呢度用麵包,可能知好難keep到脆😂炸薯角伴綠茶鹽:薯角皮仲係度喔😂我估係一次過炸起,所以食落唔脆脆香無骨雞翼:正常茉莉綠茶:正常其實賣得呢個價錢,我都對佢冇咩期望,純粹貪平先黎😅不過食完又覺得與其用百幾蚊,仲要搭車黎土瓜灣食,不如俾多少少錢食好d。轉個角度諗,如果純粹想搵個地方hea兩粒鐘,百零蚊又有冷氣又有野食都幾抵既😂食物質素就麻麻地架啦,叫做對得住價錢囉😉 continue reading

土瓜灣這個地區, 住宅為主, 但當中也有家8度海逸酒店. 而這裡的8度餐廳, 主打的, 應該是本地市場吧. 而這晚來這裡吃秋日環球海鮮盛宴自助晚餐, 是旺場到不得了. 在風雨飄搖的日子, 很難得. 當然, 風雨不會沒了期, 終於會等到夢寐, 全城在變遷, 不減你是你. 主打是海鮮, 馬上看看冰鎮海鮮有甚麼選擇. 波士頓龍蝦是最受歡迎的, 要逢星期五至日及公眾假期供應. 有波龍供應的自助餐, 旺場是指定動作吧. 份量十足之餘, 更是新鮮貨色, 爽口, 鮮甜, 沒有理由不吃的.同樣地, 亞拉斯加皇后蟹腳也是風頭躉, 再加上海蝦, 海螺, 以及青口, 這個部份, 很滿意.即開生蠔, 說真的, 已經越來越少自助餐會供應. 能夠在8度餐廳吃得到, 難得. 這晚的選擇有美國的Pacific Rock, 以及法國的Fine de Claire. 要先吃味道淡一點的Pacific Rock, 再吃海水味重而鮮甜的Fine de Claire. 這晚CEO吃了六隻, 太少了吧?! 應該一打起跳嘛.今期推介的是籠仔蒸海上鮮, 以為這裡是點心檔? 其實是一籠籠海鮮, 想吃, 就拿一籠. 這樣地清蒸, 吃到的, 是最原本的鮮味.至於四川麻辣海鮮煲, 就是相當刺激的菜式. 用上的麻辣湯, 又麻又辣. 扇貝, 蝦, 花甲, 藍青口, 以及皇后蟹腳吸盡了湯底的味道, 這刻, 辣得很過隱.本來還有迷你酥皮焗黑松露海鮮, 但我們慢了一步, 吃不到此品, 就當作是個遺憾, 下次補中.片皮鴨吃得多, 桂花片皮鴨就是第一次吃. 沒有了餅皮, 京蔥, 片皮鴨醬, 換來的是桂花醬以及薯片. 是很特別的配搭, 帶點清香. 不過片皮鴨是片得太厚, 好像鴨件一般.旁邊的還有香煎鵝肝伴黑松露汁, 跟上黑松露汁, 說真的, 感覺比較重了, 兩者的結合, 未算太有化學作用.刺身是萬人迷, 總有擁躉. 油甘魚, 鯖魚, 吞拿魚, 鯛魚, 三文魚, 玉子, 跟蟹柳等等, 選擇是不少的. 如油甘魚跟吞拿魚也是挺有油香.要熱盤推介, 我就選擇香草烤羊架配薄荷啫喱, 火候控制得幾好, 帶羊羶味, 加上點點配薄荷啫喱同吃, 食味更佳.炸物, 甚麼時候也吸引. 椒鹽鮮魷, 風味十足. 金沙蝦球, 邪惡的鹹蛋黃, 令人投入愛與痛的邊緣.泰式與日式, 您會愛甚麼? 香烤泰式豬頸肉, 跟日式醬燒牛肋條, 這次, 我就覺得香烤泰式豬頸肉更勝一籌, 很香口.另外還有豉汁炒蜆, 潮式蠔仔餅配魚露, 香煎龍脷柳, 咖哩雞, 以及椒鹽雞翼.太飽了, 怎吃甜品? 去喝杯熱茶, 消化一下, 再進攻芒果拿破崙吧. 鮮甜的芒果, 酥脆的酥皮, 贏, 是應該的.芝麻慕絲, 想不到芝麻味那麼的濃, 很討好.朱古力車厘子蛋糕, 朱古力迷當然喜歡, 加入了車厘子, 平衡了那甜度, 也好.法式焦糖燉蛋, 焦糖面脆身, 燉蛋質感香滑, 加上不少水果在面, 更加豐富.車厘子撻, 撻底鬆脆, 配上車厘子及杏仁, 層次感做得挺好.雪糕有不同的品牌. 如Häagen-Dazs的柚子香橙雪糕, 士多啤梨雪糕, 芒果紅桑子雪糕, Dreyer's的朱古力雪糕, 芒果雪糕, 還有Potong的榴槤雪條.其他甜品還有雲石芝士蛋糕, 班蘭雪芳蛋糕, 藍莓慕絲蛋糕, 麵包布甸配雲尼拿汁, 熱情果慕絲蛋糕, 意大利芝士餅, 蛋白梳乎厘, 豆腐花, 以及蛋白杏仁茶等等.預訂優惠價每位低至$392連加一, 就能夠享用8度餐廳的秋日環球海鮮盛宴自助晚餐, 實在是很合理的價位! continue reading

夏日熱辣辣, 想不到吃甚麼, 最好就是去吃自助餐, 因為食物種類多, 想吃甚麼也可, 例如8度海逸至強的凍海鮮, 多款西式熱葷及超美甜點, 看到也胃口大增. 先來新鮮即開生蠔(法國及美國)、每人每次限取兩隻, 是鮮甜的, 我當然首選法國蠔. 凍海鮮有蟹腳、凍蝦, 最吸睛是波士頓龍蝦, 味道也不錯.  吃完凍海鮮, 就吃熱的. 意式煲仔白酒煮青口, 非常美味, 汁的稠度也是完美, 酒味濃些就更好. 另一款海鮮是油鹽水蜆, 這個我也是盡情地吃! 蜆肉也算肥美. 要惹味的話有泰式咖喱大頭蝦, 蝦肉實淨, 咖喱汁是要用來拌飯的好醬. 香煎冰島龍脷柳, 就算我不吃魚, 也覺賣相吸引. 要滋潤一下, 當然要喝一碗花膠北菇螺頭燉雞. 兩片炭燒豬腩肉, 看這個presentation就知有多好吃! 香脆皮層夾著惹味脂肪層及咸香肉, 實在非常誘人!羊扒火喉剛剛好, 因此肉質不韌兼帶適當羶味, 也是推介!再來是炭燒牛柳, 五成熟, 非常適合無牛不歡的朋友吧!至於日式方面, 壽司刺身是有的, 不過在其他美食當前, 我唯有放棄這部分.鵝肝多士看來也不錯~ 中式一點的有燒味及蒸魚. 另一焦點, 自然是甜品, 榴槤芝士蛋糕、即製榴槤班戟、皇牌芒果拿破崙、芒果乳酪慕絲蛋糕、香橙咖啡芝士蛋糕、紅桑子香檳慕絲蛋糕等等, 數之不盡, 建議看到想吃的就別留肚, 因有機會是只出一轉, 然後就轉新款了. 雪糕/雪條選擇也較多, 例如有Patong榴槤雪條, 出名好味! 也有窩夫伴haagen-dazs柚子香橙雪糕、奇異果芒果乳酪雪糕. 成人每位$478-$508, 小童每位$338-$388, 到酒店eshop預訂更有8折優惠, 供應期為7月1日至9月30日 continue reading

喂喂喂有冇海鮮迷喺度?8度餐廳喺呢個夏日推出咗夏日海鮮狂熱自助餐,鍾意食海鮮嘅要去走轉。有咩正海鮮男人最愛嘅即開生蠔,仲有兩隻揀食番一打半打都回咗大半本啦。仲有凍海鮮好似啖啖肉嘅皇后蟹腳、開邊龍蝦、龍蝦鉗、翡翠螺、大蝦同埋青口,食埋呢啲肯定已經回到本因為呢餐都係4舊水多啲已經食到。  仲有好濃郁嘅花膠北菇螺頭燉雞湯,好補架有位飲多兩盅啦。仲有即叫即煮嘅意式煲仔白酒煮藍青口,滑捋捋好好食架。仲有我二奶即係老婆大人以外嘅至愛香煎鵝肝,厚一厚煎到外面脆卜卜巧正斗!肉食方面燒牛肉、香草羊架同埋燒腩肉味道都唔錯!  估唔到自助餐都有幾好味嘅小籠包喎!香口嘢好似有椒鹽三文魚,整番杯冰凍啤酒都唔錯,呢道可以加88蚊就可以任飲酒精類飲品同汽水超抵。中式最正一定係呢個油鹽水冲菜粉絲煮大蜆,有鮮味又乾淨。仲有唔錯嘅叉燒、豉油雞、燒鴨呢啲港式燒味,仲有原條清蒸大海斑蒸得幾滑唔錯唔錯。 印度嘢有咖喱羊肉、咖喱雜菜、咖喱雞、配胡椒薄餅,印度香飯或者白飯都可以食到lam lam脷。 芝士拼盤都係我目標之一!須然冇我like嘅藍芝士但都有好多樣可以揀。 涼拌菜中有我鍾意食靚燻蹄、仲有老婆大人至喜歡呪泰式香辣鳳爪同埋扒雜菜沙律。  而刺身有鯖魚、甜蝦、油甘魚、三文魚、鯛魚、玉子同埋蟹棒,我食得最多梗係夠曬魚香嘅油甘魚啦。 除了加錢飲洒之外,其實有果汁、咖啡同埋茶可以免費任飲嘅好鬼爽架!甜品款式多到呢!有Häagen-Dazs雪糕及即製窩夫榴槤班戟,但最正係鮮果白酒果凍同皇牌芒果拿破崙好鬼好味。 continue reading

就算唔食都會自動肥腫,做運動都減唔到,嗚嗚嗚…所以今晚我要放棄治療,來到8度餐廳暴食夏日海鮮狂熱自助晚餐。誠意推介,有意式煲仔白酒煮藍青口,幼嫩又入味,連汁一起喝。滋補養顏燉湯,有花膠北菇螺頭燉雞,北菇味頗濃郁,清甜潤喉。即開美國蠔、法國蠔、波士頓龍蝦及精選冰鎮海鮮,向來搶手,海鮮控不要錯過啦!生蠔旁邊有煎鵝肝伴香配多士炭燒牛柳及炭燒豬腩肉,終於有牛之外的選擇,炭燒豬腩肉尤其香脆可口,忍不住多吃2件。說到肉類,熱盤中的羊扒必吃,肉嫩香口,而且沒甚麼羊羶味,讚!其他熱盤,同樣不欠缺海鮮,有泰式咖喱蝦、辣螺、油鹽水蜆、飯麵等,我就獨愛泰式咖喱蝦,甜辣度恰好。另外,有清蒸魚、港式燒味壽司刺身各式沙律、雜錦芝士拼盤、酥炸蠔中西湯,咖啡奶茶檸茶任飲。不過,我最期待的依然是甜品。甜品以時令鮮果入饌, 今期是榴槤及芒果。榴槤芝士蛋糕、芒果拿破崙、芒果乳酪慕絲、香橙咖啡芝士蛋糕等等。即製榴槤班戟、雪條,榴槤迷別錯過啦!最後,來個Haagen-dazs 夏日限定雪糕及窩夫。 continue reading
