To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 午後定食七折優惠超抵，平日五時前下單就可以，放假食當晚餐最啱。今次二人去，叫了最便宜的雞和豚肉定食$88 及上牛定食$128 ，一個昆布湯（免費），一個鰹魚湯（加$10），加一按原價計算，共$180。 定食包括飲品和烏冬或飯及一份雞肉滑。食材很新鮮，雞腿肉嫩滑。如不吃牛，不用點）$128 的定食。上次已試過鰹魚，煮肉類及煮烏冬都非常好吃。侍應殷勤有禮，添茶自動自覺。差不多六時，聽到經理和員工 briefing 晚上流程，清楚又細心。
