大除夕既午餐,去左温野菜打邊爐。之前黎過兩次都係食晚市放題,今日中午12:25到達,先用App等左位,所以一黎到就有位。午市原來係做套餐,套餐有3款,價錢分別係$98,$128,同$148,另加一,包唔同數量同種類嘅肉類。我地當然揀左$148啦,包3款肉類,不可重複,可以揀美國牛胸腹肉,美國牛肋肉,新潟雞爽肉,鹿兒島茶美豚梅肉,鹿兒島茶美豚腩肉,鹿兒島茶美豚肉眼,丹麥雞,丹麥豚。湯底係北海道昆布湯,可以加錢升級湯底。仲包是日鍋肴2款,溫野菜盛合,蕎麥麵/寛條麵/中華麵/白飯/烏冬,同飲品。可加錢升級肉類,可追加鍋肴,海鮮,同甜品。要用手機落單,個人覺得好浪費時間,最後叫左服務員落單,但係服務員又唔清楚個餐包既野,最後落左餐唔包既野。美國牛胸腹肉美國牛胸腹肉一客4大塊。雖然食放題係食開日本和牛,不過原來美國牛胸腹肉都唔差,可能因爲我肚餓。不過都幾肥,定量就無所謂啦。美國牛肋肉美國牛肋肉就一客多塊,不過就唔夠嫩。新潟雞爽肉新潟雞爽肉一客4件,超爽嫩,雞味好濃。鹿兒島茶美豚梅肉鹿兒島茶美豚梅肉一客4塊,豬肉味濃又算嫩。湯底方面,加左錢升級湯底。黑松露湯 加$20黑松露湯聞落有淡淡黑松露味道,但係配食物食就麻麻地,唔夠濃,唔推介。秘傳月見壽喜湯 加$10秘傳月見壽喜湯配鮮雞蛋一隻,唔洗加錢。都係壽喜湯味道好d,甜甜地好夠味,送肉類一流。沾左蛋漿更香滑。是日鍋肴2款是日鍋肴2款分別有豚肉丸兩大粒同3條年糕。豚肉丸肉汁豐富又彈牙,好正!年糕極度煙韌,非常高質。溫野菜盛合溫野菜盛合有長紹菜,少少綠葉菜,椰菜花,秀珍菇同金菇。長紹菜雖然賣相麻麻,不過食落又ok。其他蔬菜除左綠葉菜較爲粗韌,其他都可以。寛條麵寛條麵非常煙韌又滑溜,唔錯。飲品有橙汁,茶,汽水,柚子蜜,咖啡同活乳酸梳打可揀,凍飲要加$2。熱柚子蜜熱柚子蜜唔太甜。活乳酸梳打活乳酸梳打就麻麻地。加$10就有甜品,必試!溫野菜雪糕 加$10溫野菜雪糕係大大球雲呢拿雪糕球加左豆粉同焦糖醬,味道都唔錯有層次感。呢個份量抵食!小倉紅豆雪糕 加$10 小倉紅豆雪糕食到紅豆渣,味道都唔錯。杏仁豆腐 加$10杏仁豆腐好滑而杏仁味好香,抵食!總括而言,午餐都算抵食,包左既食物唔少而質素唔錯,甜品絕對抵食,一定要加。可惜服務就好麻麻,上菜慢,連甜品都要三催四請。强烈建議晚市放題應該做埋甜品! continue reading

其實已經食過好多次,唔寫返個post會對唔住溫野菜。有一班好鍾意打邊爐嘅朋友真係好有幸福,而我地最愛嘅頭三一定有溫野菜。雖然唔可以話平,但佢真係值呢個價,我地每次都會叫和牛果個level,佢每一round都會上一樣質素嘅牛,品質有保證。配埋壽喜燒湯底真係perfect match!除左牛,其他菜都好好食,仲有好多出面打邊爐好少有嘅菜,特別推介紅心蘿蔔,好清甜,連我平時唔食蘿蔔都勁鍾意食。平時其他分店都要散嗌,但呢間可以任食其實已經好抵! continue reading

今日黎到同事口中食過最高級既打邊爐—溫菜野,裝潢都幾日式,木系風。由於一行十人,所以等位等左勁耐,等左成1.5小時先入到去,當下已經餓到暈。一入到去有得坐低,就即叫野食,佢地有好多款肉類揀,平至200幾,貴至800幾一位都有,睇你地想食咩肉同咩類型既牛啦。我地今次叫左季節限定既「宮崎牛」,價位都叫高,盛惠728$一位,但放心,呢個價錢係「任食」架!!!所以我地瘋狂咁叫「宮崎牛」(全名:宮崎黑毛和牛牛肩口)黎食!我地分開左兩枱黎坐,我地果圍既湯底就叫左昆布、蟲草、檀本&壽喜燒。個人覺得宮崎牛配壽喜燒湯底最夾,稍為將D和牛焯熟左,就即刻擺入口食,真係好嫩滑好香好易入口!一口氣食左10幾20塊!!!!不過完食宮崎牛,再試食其他款既牛,例如美國安格斯、鹿兒島牛呢。。就真係好明顯食得出個分別,唔係話唔好食,只能說更好食既係宮崎牛囉。我地仲有叫左其他既食材黎食,但就唔係話特別出色,基本野啦,所以我諗黎大家要黎食呢間野都係食肉肉為主啦! continue reading
