To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 第二次來這家餐廳,是吃台灣菜的,裝潢很懷舊!第一次已經愛上這環境!那次拍了很多環境照,所以今次只是拍了一兩張而已。我們點了四個咸食,一個甜品。滷肉飯$30 份量跟想像的差不多,份量屬少。滷肉肥美,有肉汁,幾好吃。台式排骨酥湯 $40 賣相不討好🤔所以沒有入到鏡😂 湯微辣, 綠豆味濃郁,味道是幾特別的。紅燒牛肉麵$75 牛肉份量算多,肉質軟腍, 夠入味,麵質QQ的,好吃!湯底是滷水味道濃郁,不過幾重口味。台式滷味拼盤$75,味道不過不失,其中個人覺得牛展同豬耳特別好味道。玫瑰洛神花茶$48 茶壺很美呀!😍 味道調得幾好👍🏼黑櫻桃酒釀千層蛋糕 $42賣相很吸引!個碟又特別有藝術感!😍 酒釀黑櫻桃出奇地好吃!外面好少地方會有得吃,千層蛋糕甜度剛好,不會覺得膩,很讚!😋👍🏼每隻筷子都寫有字句,蠻有意思的。這家店主的食物整體來說質素屬一般,勝在環境出色。
