順德菜在香港做得出色的極少,這間就是其中一間,特別是燒乳鴿,本人食過以來最出色,還有通透的陳村粉,來自順德的家鄉陳村粉配上軟度適中的排骨,真是回味無窮。最後甜品也沒有令我們失望,超夠薑的薑汁撞奶起用老薑做材料,所以口感更強,合桃露的口感細滑,入口完全感覺到合桃的香味但不會有渣子,非常好味。 本人已經忍不住惠顧多次,但質素都一樣出色,值得一試再試。
