朋友從外國回來,想打邊爐,唔想食大排檔,上網找找附近食咩,火鍋.... 好多....,銅鑼灣....行街買嘢,係銅鑼灣時代廣場附近,行完街、買完嘢,去幫襯,最啱,如果食完時間早,再行多轉時代廣場。百樂中心有好多食店,尚鮮用上了紅色招牌作底色,比較搶眼,容易搵到。去到門口,好似日本餐廳,門外招牌和掛布好有日式feel。時間還早, 人不多, 座位一半都是卡式, 講嘢大聲D都唔怕噪親隔離.食店地方不算好大,但裝修帶有簡潔日式風格,坐位之間尚算寬敞舒適,每個卡位都有獨立電視機,另標榜以海鮮作為主打的火鍋店。飲品餐牌, 啤酒配火鍋, 最佳選擇.日本沖繩生啤,口味清淡,甘甜不會太苦澀味,尤其適合女性朋友。菊花薑蜜,凍飲菊花薑蜜,甘冽清香, 有清熱解毒功效,再加上薑蜜,甜甜地不覺有辣味,有補潤肺燥,非常好。餐牌十種火鍋湯,揀了一款唔係最貴,又唔係最平的湯底: 紅燒魚頭海鮮鍋。自選多種調味醬料選擇,最愛每樣落一些,做一碗 大混醬!紅燒魚頭海鮮鍋,紅燒魚頭大大個,加埋啲海鮮用嚟做湯底,湯奶白色,飲一口已不得了,因湯底味道鮮甜且濃,而且又不覺得有腥味,用嚟做鍋底真的唔錯。魚頭因煎過,所以不太腥,而且面額肉

蟹皇餃,餃裡包著豐富的蟹黃、蟹肉同魚肚,魚肚切碎同蟹黃肉混埋一齊,再加上餃子滲入了湯,食時餡內鮮甜多汁,味道又香又滑,但因餃子皮較薄,所以煮嘅時間要留意不要過長,約4分鐘後即可撈起嚟食,否則餡料會湧出來,口感都會唔同。

墨魚滑釀冬菇,買相好美,面上仲有啲墨魚子做裝飾,同食墨魚丸差唔多,只係多咗件冬菇,味道鮮美兼帶爽口,夾上冬菇一齊食,味道幾好。

百花釀油條,呢個油條跟其他食店比較無太大分別,油條裡塞滿了紮實的蝦膠,蝦膠幾有咬口,油條又炸得香脆,夾住嚟食都幾過癮,或沾上湯底嚟食,可減少油膩感。
