上星期同朋友去銅鑼灣食飯, 曾經食過呢間的打邊爐, 覺得水準幾好, 今次就去試下佢的小菜同串燒。由於疫情關係, 座位唔滿, 幾闊落, 坐得幾舒服。卡位座位有小電視可以睇, 幾貼心! 我地叫左2碟前菜同一D串燒。湯品: 清清地的中湯, 冇乜味精味麻辣浮皮呢款涼拌帶點酸麻辣, 味道有D似掃街食到的特色重慶小食。豬皮軟而爽口。 泰式海生蝦生蝦幾新鮮, 蝦肉爽彈,一D都唔梅。同生蒜一齊食增加左味道層次, 好夾。串燒叫得比較多, 等待的時間好彩唔長, 而且全部一齊上。牛舌幾香口, 口感偏淋。豚肉帶子串聽落幾高級, 豚肉有點油脂香氣, 食落幾好味, 亦食到帶子, 但味道被豚肉蓋過了。 生蠔蠔肉幾大粒, 唔會燒到縮晒水, 火候幾好。咬落去好juicy, 唔腥, 而且蒜味幾香。帶子好大隻, 幾厚肉, 燒的時間掌握得幾好。燒白鱔魚脂被火燒後咇晒出黎, 食落好有魚脂香味, 肉質實而滑。如果份量多D就更好牛肉瘦肉部份較多, 牛味重。總體黎講, 串燒都算幾好! 可以一試。 continue reading

星期一悶悶地,最近又常常係屋企食飯,所以同老公今晚晚餐想出街食,經過銅鑼灣耀華街既百樂中心,眾所周知呢到好多層都係食肆之前試過位於八樓既 尚鮮海鮮料理不過之前係食火鍋,都很不錯,原來都有做串燒和其他小食等等.....一於去試試一進去環境依然乾淨企理!有哂消毒設備!令我地食得很放心,坐位都很舒適,卡位仲有電視睇添!我們點了尚鮮海鮮龍蝦湯鍋 烏冬 海鮮份量都很多,而且新鮮,肉質彈牙!湯底係用原材料淆出來的,味道鮮甜,還有牛油香!!烏冬一食就知唔係便宜貨,很滑煙韌!很喜歡!另外點了些串燒芝心牛丸芝心麻糬雞翼首先要讚一讚芝心牛丸和芝心麻糬,未咬已經見到芝士流了出來(個人很喜歡芝士),店員仲好細心提醒小心一咬太多芝士流出來會好熱,果然很多芝士,牛丸彈牙!麻糬煙韌!出色今晚主題是日式串燒居酒屋當然要點埋紙包燒雜菌和日本生啤啦!店裡還做緊優惠,適逢今天是星期一,生啤仲有買一送一添!如果去岩時段還有折扣優惠!真係又抵又好味!下次較岩時間再來幫襯 continue reading

今日同朋友黎到位於銅鑼灣既尚鮮食晚飯。平時打邊爐打得多,今次我同朋友就決定試吓私房菜。我同朋友首先叫咗一個尚鮮毛血旺。毛血旺嘅份量都幾大,材料豐富,入面有豬紅、牛柏葉、豬膶、豬舌、牛肉、金菇、青瓜等嘅材料。毛血旺非常之麻辣,每樣材料都十分入味,尤其當中嘅金菇,將湯底嘅味道同湯汁完全吸收在內。 另外我哋亦都叫咗一啲串燒。燒生蠔上面有蒜蓉同埋香蔥,再配上十分鮮甜嘅蠔,回味無窮。燒海蝦亦都很不錯。蝦殼帶鹹香,而且被輕微燒焦。蝦肉亦都爽口彈牙,帶鮮甜,非常新鮮。燒芝士獅子狗一咬落去啲芝士味就相當濃烈,好正。牛舌同牛柳粒亦都燒得好香,油份比火燒到出哂黎,相當不錯。最後粟米亦都好鮮甜,帶焦香,我同朋友都好鐘意食。鮮炸蒜香牛蒡可以話係啤酒既最佳餸酒小吃。牛蒡炸得好香好脆,口感非常之正。蓮子百合湯則清中帶甜,更有助補肺,健康又好飲。 continue reading

疫情下,出街食飯都想安心啲,就會揀啲設計寬敞啲嘅餐廳,咁啱響facebook見到朋友去咗呢間日本餐廳,見到格局好寬敞,咁我都嚟呢度試下啦!原來呢度除咗有火鍋套餐,私房菜,仲有串燒鍋物等。 。。想食得簡單啲,我哋只係單點咗啲日本料理。先點了一個日式味噌蠔鍋🍜來填飽個肚😆,生蠔經酥炸,有6隻,對比一般餐廳都算幾多生蠔,而且酥炸完浸湯啲粉漿都唔會散開👍,麵底係烏冬,湯味好濃,加返啲蒟蒻同蘿蔔,相對健康清新啲。土匪雞翼又幾似3哥果啲,不過麻香味更濃,我更喜歡。紙包燒野菜 味道較淡口,純粹係健康之選。之後就點咗啲串燒🍢,諗住坐慢慢坐多陣。燒炸魚角燒墨魚丸相信本身係用來做火鍋料,但燒嘅手勢相當唔錯,唔會爆開又唔會燶曬,皮乾內軟。玉子燒棒棒中間芝心,但再多啲芝士會更正, 做到滿瀉效果更好。😋燒雞肉串雞肉好嫩,咬落有汁夠juicy,新鮮嫩滑,而且唔太鹹,空口食啱啱好,唔口渴。燒芝心牛丸呢個最正,芝士爆多,食之前侍應都叫我哋小心一啲,一咬落去標汁跟住標芝士,重要標完芝士後仲係有好多芝士係入面, 而且呢隻芝士味比玉子果款更濃香。 continue reading
