To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

為咗慶祝今日係2017年2月16日,咩日子?未就係2017年2月16日囉,一生人得一次咋!所以今日一於豪一豪佢,帶我至愛嘅A姐去食主打日式燒肉嘅葫同啦!二人晚市套餐以價錢分為4種:$400、 $600、 $800或$1000。我哋就叫咗有8款食物嘅$400套餐,再單點其他選擇!一坐低店員就為我哋預備青檸汁同燒烤汁,店員仲提議有腌制嘅肉類就用青檸汁,無腌制嘅就用燒烤汁會更好味!而呢度燒烤嘅過程,全由店員幫手,佢哋仲會講吓每款食物嘅特點,有講有笑,服務一流!和風沙律:用上唔同嘅新鮮蔬菜同醋汁,作為頭盤真係好開胃。喺食燒肉前,食下菜,健康下。鹽蔥牛舌:薄切嘅牛舌上面有大量鹽蔥,微微一燒已經食得!呢個牛舌配合埋蔥花好香好好味呀!不過唔鐘意食蔥嘅朋友就要留意喇。烤肉醬牛胸脊:鍾意食牛嘅朋友就唔可以錯過喇!呢個薄切嘅牛胸脊好腍,肉質好嫩滑,仲要有好香濃嘅牛肉味!真係好想encore呀!椒鹽霜降松阪豬:最怕豬肉嚡熠熠嘅A姐都大讚,佢話松阪豬夠淋同好香好有肉汁!牛油去骨雞腿肉 + 一口雞翼:連皮一齊燒嘅雞脾肉,好香口,脆卜卜,仲好滑添!一口雞翼,一口一隻,夠哂方便!而且店員燒得啱啱好,好好味呀!翠肉瓜

翠肉瓜/杏鮑菇:套餐內嘅蔬菜類,燒完都不會太乾水!店長試原因係只係燒一面,另一面就可以保持蔬菜本身嘅水份。食咗咁多肉,食番啲菜都唔錯。
