近兩個月吃了多餐生日飯,今晚又來啦!仲要揀吃自助餐慶祝,咁厲害!?無錯!無錯!不過....不是慶祝我的生日,而是我賀朋友的生日,還要是一位長輩,當然要吃得好。剛巧在YouTube 上看到一輯介紹北角新酒店即劏吞拿魚做刺身的短片,身為刺身迷的我睇到垂涎三尺,一於在這裏慶祝吧!海匯是一間新開的酒店,一出北角港鐵A1出口步行約2分鐘就到,地點非常方便。酒店餐廳環境優雅,分室內和露天兩區,以木材和綠葉為主,設計簡約,還擺放了一些大型的農具,的確似一間大的農場小屋,好有代表性。地方相當大,樓底又高,設有多張餐枱,寬敞闊落,取食物的通道寬闊,但餐枱跟餐枱就密了一點,有時要繞道才可出入。******************************地方夠大,故凍食和熱食可完全分兩個大區。率先看看冷盤有咩食,大約有凍肉、沙律、芝士、刺身壽司、凍海鮮、甜品、鮮果、飲品、雪糕等,夠集中。刺身壽司迷出動,有六七款刺身和多款壽司選擇,揀了三文魚、吞拿魚、帶子、油甘魚、牡丹蝦 和海膽軍艦,各款都好新鮮鮮味,特別是三文魚和油甘魚,相當肥美油潤,滿載魚香;牡丹蝦就更教人回味,相當有份量,肉質微爽彈且富黏性,最愛是大蝦

唔好等,再來第三,平民小吃有豬皮、豬紅、蘿蔔、魚蛋、獅子球、豬腳薑醋、辣牛肚和麻辣東風螺。豬腳薑醋煲得好腍身入味,醋汁醒胃,用來撈白飯一流。沙嗲牛柳串 是推介之選,燒得焦香可口,肉質腍嫩香濃,蘸上甜甜地的沙嗲醬更好吃。蝦仁炒翠肉瓜 夠晒鑊氣,大大隻蝦仁鮮味爽彈,又少油少鹽,不錯!

揀了柔軟兼富蛋香的班戟,夾些充滿果肉的果醬已很不錯!酸咪咪的檸檬撻、豐富的雜果撻 和香濃的朱古力撻 同樣鬆脆可口。有層次的歌劇院蛋糕、幼滑酸甜紅桑子慕絲蛋糕 和濃郁的朱古力布朗尼 都好好味,甜度又適中,友人很喜歡這個雜錦大蛋糕。

唔止蛋糕呀!再去旋轉冰櫃,有多款雪糕和冰條,大品牌和親民品牌都有,友人要MÕVENPICK品牌意大利奶凍雪糕,而我就要Haagen-Dazs品牌新出的芒果紅桑子脆皮雪糕條,兩款很香滑,酸酸甜甜,滿足!
