To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 「華星冰室」有一款以藝人譚詠麟為名的食品,名為「校長多士」,據說是被暱稱為譚校長,自稱自己年年廿五歲的譚詠麟喜愛吃的多士,所以以校長為名。譚詠麟是否真的很喜歡吃這多士我不知道,但這取價廿五元的多士的味道可是不錯的。其實這「校長多士」即是「黑松露芝士多士」,烘得熱燙香脆的多士,充滿撲鼻黑松露菌香,加上鹹鹹香香的芝士,味道確是不差,假如不想在家中自己整的話,花上 $25叫來吃,當作下午茶也應該不錯呢!
