To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日約咗同事一齊買外賣去戶外食，揀返呢間同點心餐廳，之前公司食team lunch 嘅時候食過呢間，覺得好食。今日揀咗幾樣之前食過好味嘅encore下再試下啲未食過嘅。首先講下炸物點心：簡單嚟講香酥脆就係基本形容詞，但係裏面嘅味道非常豐富。芝士鮮蝦腐皮卷平時出面就咁鮮蝦腐皮卷，呢到加咗芝士嘅味道又更加好味，同埋真係好脆好香。脆脆富貴紅米腸粉之前食過，好好食，入面唔係包油炸鬼，包左蝦卷，夠脆，蝦仁又彈牙，紅米腸粉皮夠煙韌，好味道！大澳鮮蝦鮮魷卷一試難忘，真係從來都未食過呢個配搭再炸成好似春卷咁，佢張鮮蝦同埋魷魚切成細粒再撈埋其他配料一齊包落去炸，咁樣食落去好有層次，外皮似越南個種網春卷，食落特別脆口，超讚！另外蒸點心：龍蝦汁墨魚燒賣朋友竟然咬到噴汁去我眼鏡，不過我地都無預到係會有汁包係入面，以為只係有落龍蝦汁，燒賣肉質非常彈牙QQ,上面再鋪埋少少蟹籽，脆卜卜。松露野菌晶瑩餃呢個又係要絕對推介嘅點心，淨係打開個盒已經聞到非常之香，而且佢嘅藍色外皮非常吸引，煙煙靭靭，餐廳整體嘅點心皮都做得非常之出色。夾埋裡面嘅松露同埋菇粒，齒頰留香，絕對大推！鳳爪拼金錢肚最傳統，正常嘅好味道，無出面酒樓醃得
