To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 天虹海鮮酒家係香港南丫島非常有名,由家庭式經營至今超過30年歷史,酒家設有賓客專船,會穿梭中環同尖沙咀,非常方便👍🏻餐廳設有過千個座位,近海邊,景色怡人,而且海鮮種類繁多,魚缸放滿生猛海鮮,魚蝦蟹貝🦑餐廳有多款套餐,2-10人用都有,露天餐館用餐氣氛熱鬧當中清蒸遊水海魚同咕嚕肉幾好食🤤大條蒸得剛剛好,魚仲係滑,唔腥,咕嚕肉係佢地得獎名菜,炸得幾好,啖啖肉之餘,味道唔會過酸,仲有紅椒、菠蘿都唔錯,但不過豉椒辣炒蜆、天虹海鮮炒飯就比較麻麻,前者太鹹同埋冇咩肉食,後者太淡味同埋幾油🙈
