To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 觀塘區新開咗一間主打精緻點心嘅餐廳，座落於觀塘一座商業大廈East Core嘅1樓，新開咗幾間餐廳，其中一間餐廳外表好似一個間懷舊點心舖，五光十色的霓虹燈裝飾，午餐食點心都可以去得好好睇睇 🔔茶芥🍵每位$8 龍燒賣($38)一份有四款燒賣包括懷舊燒賣、麻辣牛肉燒賣、蕃茄海鮮燒賣、龍蝦汁墨魚燒賣。賣相的確不錯，味道正常發揮，唔會有伏松露野菌晶瑩餃($36)💕好少見有紫色嘅點心，仲要係蒸餃，賣相確係有驚喜好特別，夾起都覺得好靚，皮不會太乾太硬，味道還好。脆脆富貴紅米腸粉($42)💕大大碟夠哂大方得體，確係富貴，紅米腸粉包住炸蝦春卷，外面淋上蛋黃醬，仲可以點三款唔同嘅醬汁，好好好味，呢個極力推介笑口叉燒包($32)正常發揮，跟一般貨色差不多鳳爪拼金錢肚($36)💕少見點心可以金錢肚拼鳳爪做一客，好處係一次過可以食兩碟唔使分開叫👍 馬拉小籠包 ($36)味道唔算突出，食完都唔太記得味道普通擔擔麵($48)💕個人覺得係酒樓食到擔擔麵都唔算普通，味道不錯，但偏辣，可能唔啱唔食辣嘅朋友
