To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 觀塘近期新開了一間新派點心專門店,除左有傳統點心外,還有多款特色點心,如炸饅頭豬柳漢堡,鹹蛋黃墨魚燒賣,馬拉小籠包等...座位尚算闊落,掃描QR code就落單十分方面,點心即叫即蒸熱辣辣脆脆富貴紅米腸粉腸粉皮好滑,腸粉裏面既春卷香脆,蝦肉又爽口,仲配埋3款醬汁,不同味道,口感非常豐富拉絲菠蘿包菠蘿包外層鬆脆,內裏包含鹹鹹的拉絲芝士,唔會太漏龍燒賣拼盤裏面有4款唔同味道燒賣,包括麻辣牛肉燒賣、傳統燒賣、龍蝦汁墨魚燒賣及鵪鶉蛋燒賣,全部燒賣都新鮮彈牙,龍蝦汁墨魚燒賣較為出色,感覺好似食緊墨魚丸大澳蝦醬鮮魷卷餡料豐富有好多鮮魷,還用了大澳蝦醬,味道超香濃,相當有創意松露野菌晶瑩餃薄薄紫藍色外皮非常吸引,餡料全部都係新鮮野菌及黑松露,好勁黑松露味道*味道不錯,有創意,但相對傳統點心就會較細

腸粉皮好滑,腸粉裏面既春卷香脆,蝦肉又爽口,仲配埋3款醬汁,不同味道,口感非常豐富
