今晚約左朋友食飯。去荃灣一間西餐廳Olive Cafe食,喺新領域廣場地下。平時去荃灣都唔會成經呢個廣場,但朋友話呢間餐廳好正就一於去「搵」食!總共嗌左四個餐:鮮蝦意粉配香辣茄汁、瑪格麗特薄餅,同埋石燒系列——美國金裝M9+和牛西冷200g同埋雜肉腸拼盤。鮮蝦意粉配香辣茄汁鮮蝦唔會鯹,肉質挺身,真係夠曬新鮮。意粉唔會腍,粉量都頗多。加埋幾粒煮左嘅蕃茄仔,茄汁都係用蕃茄仔製成,唔會用茄膏代替,真材實料!最特別嘅係個醬汁——「香辣茄汁」。食落有微微嘅辣味,但唔會辣到食唔到,因為蕃茄嘅甜味中和左d辣味。瑪格麗特薄餅用左薄身嘅餅底製成。雖然餅底薄但面頭嘅芝士煙韌,成功為薄餅添上口感!塊餅底新鮮製成,事關好軟熟,唔會硬。
