To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 由以前早餐二十蚊有找, 到而家接近午餐價錢, 可想而知早餐起香港人心目中已佔一個好重要既地位, 唔知係大家已經改變咗唔食早餐既概念, 定還是現時既早餐越黎越吸引, 越黎越會包裝呢? 炒蛋多士配通粉加飲品已經唔使朝早11點前趕頭趕命入去問"仲有冇早餐?"先可以食到了, 午餐, 下午茶都有得咁食. 當然如果你可以11點前去食的話, 就可以慳番幾蚊! 不過我認為都係早餐岩feel啲, 下午茶還是當晚餐食總係有點怪. 一早起身就係為咗去一年一度前世未迫過既動漫節, 準備入去迫之前, 都係嘆番個早晨全餐叉足電先. 去開灣仔, 就梗係搵番間又係起灣仔既餐廳啦, 橫樹又未食過, 離地鐵站都唔算遠, 就揀華星冰室. 起我領導之下, 就算幾隔攝, 都難唔到我既又無我想像中咁多人, 唔係處於繁忙階段, 環境尚算舒服. 大少諗到華星的命名會唔會同華星唱片有關係, 唔講都唔知, 聽落有啲似! 周圍有歌手明星既poster, 又有一塊簽滿名既board, 係都唔出奇呢!食早餐有樣好, 唔使多揀! 炒蛋好滑, 多士烘有少許脆口, 牛油在剛烘起的多士的餘溫上溶化, 多士夠厚, 夠企身, 夠承托力可以將炒蛋放在多士上, 一啖咬落去, 非常豐富.

我喱排越飲越濃, 反而唔鐘意太多奶味, 不過通常第一次飲都唔會叫少奶, 唔知師父落手重唔重. 無少奶既情況下, 我都飲到夠茶味, 不過可能我重口味, 都係覺得奶味少許重.

唔會有一個完美既早餐, 你可能會鐘意喱度既炒蛋, 鐘意隔離既通粉, 鐘意對面既奶茶, 鐘意斜對面既環境, 每間餐廳都有佢獨有之處, 唔一定要每樣做得好先得你芳心, 只要有一樣野係令你回味無窮, 唔只係食物, 環境或者係一份感情都可以吸引到你, 就算其他做得唔算太出色, 你仍然會對此店念念不忘, 喱啲就係每間餐廳獨有既生存之道.


食飽飽, 出發去迫喇!
