To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

第一次食用紅菜頭整既意大利飯,粉紅色既賣相好夢幻,估唔到味道都幾有驚喜~經過長時間烹調煮成濃縮既紅菜頭蓉,味道好香甜!risotto軟硬度適中,食落仲好creamy。帶子煎至金黃色,味道鮮甜,而餐廳仲加入唔少三文魚籽,味道鹹香,亦有提鮮效果,令整體味道更有層次

飲品入面每粒冰都係用碟豆花及花瓣製成,真係好靚又有心思~兩杯都揀左梳打,顏色分層效果會更明顯,味道亦較清爽。碟豆花檸檬蜜有黃到紫既漸層效果,飲落有香濃既檸檬蜜糖味,而草莓蔓越莓特飲莓味突出,仲有好多酸酸甜甜既果肉,整體味道都好清新

用料豐富,味道都好特別。除左鮮甜既帶子,仲有櫻桃蘿蔔、青瓜及三文魚籽作配料,加上熱情果香茅汁,酸酸甜甜好開胃!旁邊仲配上香脆既墨魚汁脆片,加埋帶子他他食,又係另一種風味,味道好夾
