好少係香港食打冷,因為覺得一般都好貴,而且未必及得上國內食既味道,依幾年無返過大陸更加就無機會食打冷,今日跟廚師好友去上環睇鋪,問佢附近有咩好食佢就帶我嚟左依間金興潮州飯店,以前佢附近工作時成日食,身為廚師都介紹得相信都唔會差得去邊。睇完價錢牌,發覺好多食物價錢一d都唔貴,所以就即管叫多d嚟試下先凍烏頭,好大條肉夠厚,無泥味,價錢唔記得但印像係唔貴抵食的滷水鵝,又係抵食夾大份,味道夠之餘亦唔係過鹹豬紅反而不過不失,但勝在份量大,最重要又係唔貴抵食食打冷喜歡食白粥配鹹菜,但依度鹹菜偏甜身同加上不少既薑蓉,不是我印像中既潮州鹹菜味,不算喜歡蒜蓉炒蕃薯葉,平時好少見,菜味濃而且唔會韌同老,值得一試炒花甲不過不失,不太推薦

食打冷喜歡食白粥配鹹菜,但依度鹹菜偏甜身同加上不少既薑蓉,不是我印像中既潮州鹹菜味,不算喜歡
