To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 同朋友去左食西環西寶城附近嘅,叫炸軟殼蟹一隻,三文魚手卷,蟹籽手卷,仲有蔥舌拿魚腩手卷。炸軟殼蟹係原隻上,但建議可以切開一份份,方便同朋友SHARE。蟹炸得太油,成張吸油紙都濕哂,下次唔會再叫。手卷嘅紫菜好脆,職員會特登過黎提我地要儘快食個手卷,如果唔係會淋哂,貼心嘅提醒加翻小小分。而手卷嘅蟹籽、三文魚、蔥舌拿魚腩都幾新鮮、同出面嘅壽司差不多
