To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日外國回來度假的表哥系香港,於是約多幾個朋友一齊食飯試下新餐廳我們在另一個門後進入沒有電梯,走了兩層樓梯當飯前運動啦😌然後睇餐牌- 有set dinner, 不過覺得散叫可以試多D結果點了:三杯雞8.5分,麻油雞8分,紅燒牛肉面7分(麻麻地😑😑),鹵肉飯5 分(失望!),新竹米粉幾好阿有9分,反而蔬菜好好食喔! 名字都不是一般香港餐廳可以見到的!最後點埋白苦瓜有8分!總括來講都可以比7.5-8分,一大班朋友去都幾適合
