To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 其實我真好少寫食評,除非真係太差,因為我想大家都知道,亦希望相關店舖會在出改善。果日應朋友要求話要幫襯黃店,就第二次去到。比起上一次,食物方面更差,點咗個魯肉飯套餐,個飯啲豬油部分,幾乎見唔到肉。食一吃,好似食緊成羹油咁。朋友點既雞腿飯,飯也是一樣,雞腿也只是中規中舉同埋有啲乾最恐怖係食之前,同朋友四圍睇吓野,咁我見到有個員工應該係水吧位??洗緊啲類似盤既野「最後原來係出餐用既」,佢旁邊有個只是用保鮮膜一塊,遮住左冰機??既冰,完全無蓋住。哇,完全唔衞生囉,啲員工倒客人食唔晒既野,又就係隔離,分分鐘會彈晒啲汁啊,洗野既水入去🤢。見到甘即刻同朋友反埋位。點知最恐怖既出現,食食下有隻勁大又識飛既「小強」係我哋隔離出現,嚇都我個朋友,成個尖叫,又跳上櫈到。有員工見到,即刻安排調位。心諗,快啲食完走就算啦,點知想走,又有再隻「飛強」飛入水吧🤮大佬,黃店唔係大晒架,啲食物質素甘差,衛生情況又完全惡劣。食完無耐同個朋友行到去times,已經肚屙。有無攪錯啊?唔洗指意我再幫襯囉🤬🤬
