To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 茶燻雞佐烏龍茶漬飯 $78 (8/10)一送到埋枱就聞到濃濃既煙燻味 唔係smoked salmon嗰種 而係燒艾草嗰種 (第一次喺餐廳聞到😳)食落有肉汁 好食!仲有得點芥末 旁邊既青瓜平衡翻個鹹味 烏龍茶泡飯好清爽 雖然食唔到茶味 即使係泡好先上 食到最後啲飯粒都係分明 出面食唔到既菜式 第一次黎必嗌!麻辣牛肉麵 $70 (7.5/10)如餐牌所講真係唔太鹹 麻麻地 但辣度可以再高啲 想讚下個麵質 粗身有咬口 牛肉厚身 肥瘦適中 淋得適中 Overall:肚餓喺街角見到個牌就入左去 位於唐樓所以冇lift要行兩層樓梯 (行上去牆壁既鼓勵好warm xd)不過係值得既!餐廳裝修好懷舊 好似穿越去左另一個世界咁 適合打卡 燈光昏暗有情調好啱情侶去 食物種類多 地道台式食物 cp值高 會再去👍🏻
