炒飯材料非常豐富 , 除咗海膽及甘香蟹膏外, 還放了很多鮮甜的長腳蟹肉、爽口蝦粒、紅蘿蔔粒、雞蛋及鹹香爆脆三文魚籽, 當然唔少得提香嘅蔥花及提鮮提味嘅醬油,蟹膏海膽炒飯就是這樣煉成的, 呢個炒飯真係冇得頂 ,米飯炒得乾爽鮮美, 混合甘香的蟹膏, 可口到不得之了,近期must eat 新作
