To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 越南大虎蝦:虎蝦出名大隻足秤,蝦肉鮮甜爽彈。質量屬高質,與其他海鮮亦不會比下去。


深海龍躉片:龍躉魚切件 ,肉極之嫩滑鮮味,為深海魚中的極品!

紐西蘭刀貝蚌:蜆肉分外肥美鮮甜,嫩滑爽口又帶有海水鮮味的蜆肉卻絕非普通蜆肉所能媲美。

日本大元貝:不用多說 大元貝一看就知刺身級,厚肉豐腴,清蒸已食得出原有鮮貝珍味!

韓國慶南蠔:已除去蠔殼,蠔肉長得飽滿,光滑圓潤,蒸的時間控制及時 令蠔肉保持軟滑,蠔鮮甜多汁。

有機蔬菜藍 :已豐富得令人捧腹,這套餐還包括了蔬菜盤,清蒸後菜類粟米仍舊清脆。好滿足!

最後還有一早在蒸爐下的粥底,粥已吸收哂海鮮蒸後的精華,再加埋南瓜煲,滿滿鮮味,粥底綿綿,雙重滿足!

嚐到十款超級新鮮海鮮, 都只係$399/位, 如此豐盛,價錢絕對性價比太高啦.

個人十分推介, 蒸海鮮食出獨特原有鮮味! 給味蕾一個反高潮吧!
