To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. -蟹仙海鮮私房·蒸氣石碢-@尖沙咀-有次經過諾士佛台附近見到哩間蒸海鮮餐廳,見到滿滿食客,心諗應該幾好質素。今日終於約埋朋友一齊去試試。餐廳座位夠闊落,當晚一樣都好滿座。店員全程會幫助蒸海鮮,而且仲好細心介紹每款海鮮和建議食法。點左尊貴海鮮套餐($449),有10幾款海鮮連埋個粥底,超過滿足。日本野生大赤蝦都好大隻,肉質好爽,蝦頭都好多蝦膏所以食落好香。韓國斧山珍珠蠔唔算好大隻,但好creamy。台灣九孔鮑魚超級推介,洗得好乾燥爭,夠晒厚身,但蒸完依然好軟身完全唔韌,好易咬開。大西洋野生青口係我最有驚喜的,因為我一向都唔鍾意食青口,但哩款青口好鮮甜,肉質好軟,無論味道同口感都跟平時食的青口完全唔一樣。太平洋饅頭蟹比較細隻,唔會有好多肉。而野生膏仔蟹真係好多蟹膏,好香甜,而且肉都好多,超級推介。野生琵琶龍蝦啖啖肉,夠爽口,蝦頭帶點蝦膏更帶多點香味。店員提醒紐西蘭刀貝蚌和月亮貝都唔需要沾醬油都已經好夠味,因為兩款的海水味都較重。兩款都好飽滿,而且夠晒鮮味。 有機蔬菜籃娃娃菜、粟米同生菜。蒸的菜保留到菜的清甜味。美國黑安格斯牛肉($168)例牌的份量都好多,油美好靚。第一次食蒸的牛肉,原來基

美國黑安格斯牛肉($168)例牌的份量都好多,油美好靚。第一次食蒸的牛肉,原來基本上蒸1-2分鐘就已經食得,岩岩夠熟。因為油脂好豐盈,食落好滑仲有好濃牛肉香味。
