To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 因一隻蝴蝶拍翼而引發龍捲風的蝴蝶效應,相信很多人聽過。對應在香港飲食界的熱潮漲退上,如果近年的點心熱像龍捲風,添好運肯定是那隻始作俑的蝴蝶。它一拍翼,為點心體驗重新定義,引來的不只狂風浪蝶,更有米芝蓮。從此,添好運揚名國際,更是消費最經濟的星星店。一炮而紅的它並不滿足於一間店,更繼深水埗店後又在中環站扎了根。得知不用再過江吃點心的我特高興,早就去過探路; 但地址是有了,走了三趟卻怎也找不著。原來是在一層主電梯會越過的夾層,和frey and ford是鄰居。環境變了,但不變的除了綠制服,還有門外長長的人龍。 噢,變了的還有價錢,每款點心都比本店貴上一兩元。但質素呢?每人都點的酥皮叉燒包被參考了數百次,但拙者眾。這裡一客還是三個,但顏色像白皮豬淡淡的不討好。幸那叉燒餡還是好嚼又富蠔油香,酥皮薄而不脆,和軟綿又薄皮的麵包非常合拍,吃罷不覺膩滯,果然是叫眾模仿者汗顏的正牌貨。雖然,要是能多烤個二十秒,令酥皮更焦更甜,定更滿足。 蝦餃既是飲茶必修課,但很多酒樓連這也做不好! 這裡的皮細彈牙,蝦餡鮮甜,吃得叫人心花怒放。也點了翡翠雞肉餃比比看,其實用雞肉包餃比用豬肉易出事,容易落得又乾又粗之下場

也點了翡翠雞肉餃比比看,其實用雞肉包餃比用豬肉易出事,容易落得又乾又粗之下場。添好運的算是不錯,肉末細且有肉汁,只是味淡了些。

腸粉要了蝦腸,蝦既然夠彈牙,腸粉拉得夠薄就已很味美。皮薄得透出包住的蝦肉,米香雋永,順滑得不用嘴嚼已滑下喉嚨,以這價錢是超水準之作。

聽聞這裏的蘿蔔糕不錯,點來一吃果真如此。糕身充滿粗條蘿蔔,鮮甜又有汁液,滿嘴都是蘿蔔香,雖然沒臘味點綴,口感也豐富,味道亦夠濃香,好吃得叫人忘形.

本想來點蒸飯填填肚子,但看見更吸引的古法糯米雞,當然點來一試.

糯米雞的個頭大,材料豐富,雞肉豬肉冬菇都有,糯米粒粒軟綿香甜,非常好嚼,是難得沒蒸過頭的糯米雞.份量雖大,但因美味,吃著吃著卻也把之吃光光!

最後以甜甜的紅豆糯米滋作結,糯米皮和紅豆餡不分高下的香甜軟糯,即使已吃得太飽亦忍不住將三顆大大的它們吃得一角不剩.

吃飽時已接近十二時,店外已結集眾多等位的上班族,這星星蝴蝶的魅力真沒法擋.要來不是問題,但真的要避開午市晚市的人潮才行.
