To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 華星不是第一次食。正如在牆上也貼出他們是向澳牛學習,而我覺得佢地都學得幾好。當然不能超越澳牛,但係華星起碼輪椅入到(最多一至兩架),這是華星的好處。輪椅可由旺角地鐵站上,於輪椅出口步行約十分鐘就到。(但二零零四年一月至十一月,旺角升降機維修!)華星的包:一向香甜軟熟華星的蛋:一向滑而有蛋香,份量也很足但當將依兩樣,再加上黑松露,理應非常好可是,以相片中的模式擺放卻是整件事的問題核心而我個人睇法,很難於進食。包厚、蛋多,好難將所有材料於一啖放入口中。變相一啖包、一啖蛋;或者壓扁塊包,但就失去軟熟的感覺。所以味道再好,擺放模式都要考慮。
