To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 喺蘭桂坊,Porterhouse應該算係當中名氣較高嘅一間扒房,位於24樓高層,景色一流而且裝潢morden優雅,加上擁有露天平台位,環境氣氛服務都好好。☺️開頭叫咗啲小食,棒棒蝦,外麵包住鯤飩皮,炸得脆卜卜,蝦肉彈牙,配埋少少辣嘅醬汁變咗西式春捲。炸魷魚鬚都好有水準,外脆內嫩粉漿又薄又鬆,百勝醬帶啲甜辣幾開胃。布拉塔芝士配燉菜,芝士好滑有奶香,燉菜入味,兩樣一齊食味道好豐富好夾。而黏醬茄子比較特別,用咗發酵辣椒、蔥、炸蒜、薄荷葉等等,味道有層次,唔係一般中菜嗰種茄子,幾有新鮮感。😳韓牛他他都幾有心思,加咗牛骨髓同菊芋脆片,配埋薄脆嘅麵包紙食落口感豐富,牛肉味新鮮且突出。最後主菜肉眼牛扒,用上紐西蘭純種和牛,肉質嫩滑,油花靚,要5成熟煎到粉嫩啱啱好,唔需要太多調味都已經好好食。🤤今日甜品有opera cake同cheese cake,特別想讚佢嘅opera cake,足足有10層layers,層次分明唔衝突,配埋雪糕食,高質👍🏻
