約咗朋友聚舊,想搵間坐得舒服又有情調嘅餐廳,上網見有人推介瑞生尖沙咀酒店入面嗰間「The Pearl」。餐廳以近代美術為概念,設有室內和戶外空中花園,店內裝潢高雅,以黑白橙為主調,而露天區則用上大量植物作點綴,充滿大自然氣息,令人感覺舒適愜意。大廚擅長炮製多國菜,餐單融合了意大利菜與日本料理嘅精髓,我哋點咗👇 秘魯吞拿魚拌蕃茄莎莎配香烤鱈魚脆片及黑醋汁 ($68)  吞拿魚軟熟幼滑,入口帶有魚香,蕃茄莎莎酸酸甜甜,好醒胃,加埋又薄又脆嘅鱈魚片,用嚟送酒一流!蒜片橄欖油封大蝦配佛卡夏多士 ($88)  大蝦好新鮮,爽彈有蝦味,多士烘到脆卜卜,沾上充滿蒜香味嘅橄欖油及蒜片吃,非常惹味。和風原隻璣煮鮑魚配野菌意大利飯 ($288)  鮑魚以日式醬油及昆布慢火炆煮而成,食落清甜又帶有酒香,十分入味。意大利飯煮得啱啱好,米粒硬度適中,同濃香嘅野菌簡直係絕配。慢煮西班牙黑毛豬鞍架 ($188)  豬鞍架勁大塊,厚度十足,肉質好嫩滑,熟得嚟又唔會嚡口,配埋墊底嘅炸薯角同椰菜仔食,超豐富,滋味又滿足。飲品點咗 2 杯 mocktail,Passionate Night ($100) 同 Rosy Ro
