To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 橙色及綠色膏呢一隻就係頂角膏蟹,據聞呢個品種既蟹主食係綠海草,所以爆膏都係綠色,味道超級濃郁,而且有好明顯甘甜味,著實特別!

而另外呢一隻就係大黃奄! 即係奄仔! 蟹膏金黃色,膏量比頂角膏蟹少dd, 但蟹膏相對無咁甘,多一點甜味,而膏質地較軟。
為個人至愛!

蒸完海鮮最後當然要食埋蒸籠下既粥底,盡吸海鮮精華,加上少量香蔥菜寶一流。
