To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今次去到九龍城,一間專做蒸氣海鮮嘅餐廳食晚飯。海鮮只要夠新鮮,用最簡單嘅烹調方法,唔使調味已經做到極致鮮味,呢間店做到呢一點。因為每一種海鮮都有自己最佳蒸氣煮熟嘅時間,較岩時間後就食得。我地嗌左個每位399蚊嘅餐,海鮮種類好多,包括,大虎蝦,九孔鮑魚,青口,刀貝蚌,大元貝,珍珠蠔,大奄仔蟹,琵琶龍蝦,龍蝦等等。其中特別欣賞嘅係大奄仔蟹,啲膏係勁多,爆哂個隻,睇得出係極新鮮,蒸完拎黎食啲膏係有一種回甘味,肉質係一梳梳好掂。琵琶龍蝦雖然大隻,但肉唔多,不過有樣野叫貴精不貴多,佢嘅肉質同鮮甜味係完勝左龍蝦,食完之後就係有種品嚐過黯然消魂飯嘅感歎。食完海鮮再食埋有機蔬菜,就會黎壓軸粥底食,海鮮精華同海水已經入哂落個粥度,真係鮮味無限。
