一直對蒸哩種烹調方法甚少研究, 除左點心 坊間都好少以蒸做主打既餐廳,以健康角度蒸的確係比較養生既食法?近年蒸氣鍋熱賣, 今次就去左正宗水上人旺角分店試一試.內面裝潢好靚好寬敞~三版既menu太多選擇花多眼亂, 唔想諗所以叫左個套餐BOrder後見有員工即刻係魚缸撈海鮮上離, 即叫即整睇離幾新鮮, oppssss~原來捉緊隔離枱既阿拉斯加蟹, 下次出左糧會點哩個約10分鐘後我地既海鮮上枱啦! 龍蝦同花蟹唔洗研究已經知新鮮, 因為佢地D腳仲係到郁緊>.<蒸氣開動! 開動前有D野要做, 就係將珍珠米, 豬骨同南瓜預先放係蒸架下~值得一提係佢地既服務, 全程在場員工會幫手蒸好食物, 唔需要自己落手搞, 蒸爐邊有個計時器, set好所需時間, 一響就會埋離分食物, 所以進食過程好順暢~當然唔少得混一混醬啦~有好多唔同既醬汁選擇, 當中見到較特別既有重慶醬同湖南醬, 拎左個重慶醬試下, 原來係酸辣粉味, 要留意一下埋單會有一項"醬汁費用".先黎三款蜆, 唔係好識分, 但最記得係最大隻粉紅邊既胭脂蚌, 好juicy好鮮甜, 根本唔需要點醬.元貝好大粒, 但調味方面唔太好黑松露所以c

當蒸完晒以上所有海鮮, 蒸架下已經變成左一鍋鮮味既豬骨粥, 如果落多麥就好XD
Other Info. : 最後加埋野飲人均消費約$600, 價錢唔算得上優惠, 但如果喜歡新鮮食材既人就要黎; 但份量略嫌唔夠, 如果係胃口較大既人兄, 開爐前可能真係要叫落多嘜米XD
