下午同男朋友去完荃灣光板田村同影貼紙相之後,夜晚去食西餐。我地叫左半打生蠔,今日係西班牙珍珠蠔。我以為珍珠蠔會好細隻,結果原來幾大隻。生蠔鮮甜多汁,有三種醬俾你:紅酒醋、檸檬汁、cocktail sauce。法式海龍王配麵包,有半隻波士頓龍蝦、帶子、青口、大蜆、魷魚、盲鰽各二。海鮮全部都幾新鮮,海蝦湯好好飲,好清甜,送外脆內軟既麵包超正,麵包索晒湯汁。炭燒澳洲羊架有四件,叫左五成熟,碟上鋪上希臘乳酪,伴以薯仔、蘆筍同紅蘿蔔。羊架入口軟腍,無羊羶味,好食。蘋果金寶配雲尼拿雪糕用透明蓋蓋住上碟,一打開有煙散出黎,唔怪得味道帶有微微煙薰味。蘋果金寶充滿蘋果粒,外面口感酥脆配上軟腍既蘋果粒,再加埋有銀箔既雲尼拿雪糕,正。6:00-9:00係happy hour,於是叫左兩杯cocktail:Margarita同Old Fashioned,兩杯都幾好飲,前者易入口,後者酒味濃烈。
