Chalet, a cozy place for dine
The name “Chalet” means the wooden dwelling with a low-pitched roof and wide eaves which is common in Alpine regions. Through the name of the restaurant, representing the whole style of the shop!
With the wooden decoration throughout the whole restaurant, it makes you have a cozy feeling like staying in the European country. Several areas with different decoration provide you a variety of dining experience. It would definitely a nice place for photo taking, enjoying a fine dining time for all the food lovers.

Apart from the relaxing atmosphere, the Chef is trying the best to introduce you a wonderful western cuisine combined with high quality food ingredients. The must try items included: the amazing Seared Smoked Duck Breast with Sweet Potato and Red Wine Sauce, the super-size Grilled Australian Wagyu Tomahawk(M4)38oz, the fusion-style Hokkaido Crab Meat Risotto and the special Mocktail with a lovely name “Girls Generation”, etc.

Happy Friday 商場永遠人多,幫襯小店係不二之選。Set Dinner ($268 / 位)意大利雜菜湯並非一般西餐廳用大量茄膏煮的雜菜湯,而係用上極大量蔬菜餚煮,口感、味道皆出色。煙三文魚薄片並非選用下價貨。煙三文魚油脂豐富。傳統豬面頰肉卡邦尼意粉意粉做到 Al Dente, 蛋黃忌廉汁好香濃、好Creamy, 以豬面頰肉代替一般煙腩,少了一份油膩感,但鹹香依然。摩洛哥醬香烤法國白春雞醬汁微辣中帶一點點酸味。皮香肉滑,啖啖肉。燒雞三大要素: 一要香脆,二要入味,三要多汁。呢度完全符合以上三個條件,而且醃製拿捏得剛剛好。麵包布甸表面焗到少少焦香,內裡嫩滑。雲呢拿汁甜味剛剛好。 continue reading

Happy Friday好朋友帶左我去荃灣食好西,來到了位於金荃大廈地下的Chalet西餐廳,這裡以木色系為主,燈光幽暗有情調,樓底極高空間感十足,好岩情侶黎拍拖晚飯約會而菜式定價較荃灣區其他西餐略高了一點,令我對食物質素有所期待當晚點左個烤原條比目魚同set dinner的白春雞,要注意嘅係set dinner並不包括餐飲,飲品要另外點的哦是日餐湯係奶油洋蔥湯湯底下佈滿洋蔥絲,整個湯充滿着奶油同洋蔥香。旁邊的餐包非常有趣,內裏係有好多層的,方便掛湯,使客人可以點湯食跟餐頭盤係煙三文魚薄片超油潤的煙三文魚,都幾新鮮烤原條比目魚配海鮮牛油汁原條比目魚果然係份量十足,雖然係烤但食落一啲都唔乾,魚油跟魚汁飽滿,魚肉嫩滑,好味道啊摩洛哥醬香烤法國白春雞廚師用心堆砌,賣相都幾有心思。摩洛哥醬帶有番茄香同辣香,白春雞肉質比較嫩,啖啖鮮雞味!是日甜品係麵包布甸口感好滑嫩,而且充滿蛋香,唔會太甜!面上加左適量的雲尼拿汁,使到整個麵包布甸更加美味 continue reading

Chalet呢間餐廳都聽過朋友介紹幾次,但一直覺得有啲遠所以無去,今日特登入荃灣搵朋友食飯,就不如食呢間。門面同入面都裝潢得幾有格調,算係附近最靚仔嘅一間餐廳!我地點左一個套餐,另一個係單點加$78轉套餐。每個套餐包括是日餐湯、二選一前菜、一個主菜以及是日甜品。<帝王蟹餅配蛋黃芥末醬>其中一個前菜就係蟹餅喇,呢個蟹餅煎得好香脆,但感覺又唔會太過油膩。入面真係足料既蟹餅,啖啖蟹肉,好好食。<忌廉芝士茄子卷>另一款前菜就係忌廉芝士茄子卷,我第一次見呢款前菜!係茄子入面放左忌廉芝士再拎去炸,一咬落去,濃郁嘅芝士味會佈滿成個口。值得一提配既茄醬有少少辣,幾惹味。<粟米忌廉湯>是日餐湯係粟米忌廉湯同南瓜蓉忌廉湯。粟米忌廉湯勝在夠忌廉夠濃郁,配上麵包超級好食!<南瓜蓉忌廉湯>朋友話個南瓜忌廉湯都好好飲,唔食南瓜嘅我就無法欣賞。<蘇格蘭蟶子皇蒜片辣椒欖油意粉,$238>好少見到西餐食蟶子,而且嗜辣嘅我一見到辣意粉就即刻心心眼。蟶子估唔到會有兩隻,都幾新鮮幾鮮甜,都算肥美,不過好似有少少過熟。意粉煮得煙煙韌韌,而且個味道幾好,清清地嘅蒜味帶點辣。整體幾好食,我都幾推介。<炭燒澳洲羊架配松露薯蓉加配套餐,$298+$78>平時我都好少食羊,因為怕左羊嘅羶味。朋友叫左就試下,點知呢到整得好好食!個羊架係有少少羊嘅羶味,但係唔嚴重而且仲覺得幾香,至於黑松露薯蓉都幾好食。<椰汁布甸>呢個椰汁布甸真係好重椰汁味,鍾意食椰汁嘅人會好鍾意。<朱古力心太軟,$48(跟餐加$48)>其實跟餐加$48都唔係特別平,不過我又想食心太軟所以都照加。食落都幾好食好香濃嘅朱古力味,而且入面都真係流嘅,不過略嫌雲呢拿雪糕好快溶同埋唔夠奶味。整體而言,我都會推介呢間餐廳,交通方便就可以去試吓,但如果真係好遠特登入去食嘅話就可能有跟其他更好嘅選擇。今晚食嘅兩個主菜我都幾推介,兩款都整得幾好,我哋都好滿意。 continue reading

幾喜歡高身餐桌設計,環境由外到內到燈光都是暗暗,有情調,傾計晚餐小聚一流!Set dinner 是日餐湯 or $48 招牌龍蝦湯忌廉磨菇湯配上軟包,吸湯後湯味更濃!小食 帝王蟹餅 配蛋黃芥末醬 / 忌廉芝士茄子卷蟹餅好足料,餡內切開還有一絲絲蟹肉,口感軟稔,也有肉餅既厚感,再配上蛋黃芥末醬,帶出蟹餅惹味!旁邊還有幾粒爽爆蟹籽,增添幾分鮮味!主餐 黑松露牛肝菌意大利飯 配有機大啡菇 配牛肝菌泡沫 $228一上檯最吸晴的就係啡菇上既泡沫,泡沫連上小菜一齊食,由清新食到意大利飯既濃,有心思!菇迷對大啡菇表示👍🏻,切開唔會乾爭爭,咬落仲係有菇既軟稔感同水份!煙燻法國白春雞配南瓜蓉 燒烤汁 $258白春雞肉嫩,外皮帶有煙燻烤味,提升左淡淡雞肉本身既味道!濃濃既燒烤醬配上青瓜清爽,有一種中和既感覺!是日甜品 or $48 朱古力心太軟精緻甜品用長碟上,旁邊用朱古力畫上花紋,啫喱同水果既分佈平均,小小既甜品都可以食到幾款小水果!5百幾西餐 continue reading

今晚黎到呢間餐廳開餐, 室內 & 門面嘅裝修都以木為主, 名乎其實係一間 “小木屋”。 餐牌分 Set Dinner, A La Carte, Snack & Drink List, A La Carte 菜式只要加 $78 就可以轉跟餐。是日餐湯是日餐湯有兩款: 南瓜蓉忌廉湯 & 粟米忌廉湯。 南瓜蓉忌廉湯, 口感幼滑軟綿, 南瓜味清甜濃厚, 用黎沾餐包食一流  粟米忌廉湯有別於平時飲開嗰D, 佢地用上大量雜菜粒一齊煮, 令成個湯增添唔少口感, 可以話係粟米雜菜忌廉湯。帝王蟹餅配蛋黃芥末醬蟹餅微微煎香, 入口啖啖蟹肉  配埋蛋黃芥末醬一齊食可以提升蟹肉嘅味道。忌廉芝士茄子卷喜歡食忌廉芝士嘅人一定要食呢款小食, 茄子包上忌廉芝士一齊炸, 食落去芝士味大於茄子, 而茄子又可以中和番忌廉芝士膩膩嘅感覺, 配搭得唔錯。蘇格蘭蟶子皇蒜片辣椒欖油意粉蟶子屬於大 Size, 經微微煎過後, 口感變得爽脆鮮嫩, 意粉唔會煮到過熟, 食落去仲有咬口,  蒜香味濃郁, 非常惹味 煙燻法國白春雞配南瓜蓉燒烤汁白春雞散發陣陣煙燻過嘅焦香味, 肉質仍然保留到嫩滑鮮美, 而且肉厚骨少, 可以啖啖肉咁食, 配埋特製燒烤汁一齊食仲正 麵包布甸甜品亦花左唔少心意佈置, 廚師用朱古力醬喺碟上畫左一間木屋同寫上餐廳名, 靚到真係唔捨得整花佢。 麵包布甸表面焗到少少焦香, 外脆內軟, 布甸 & 雲呢拿汁嘅味道唔會好甜, 係令人一試難忘嘅甜品 continue reading
