福丸嘅刺身同濱燒令人回味, 近日更加開鐵板燒料理, 當然要試試!三款前菜十分精緻, 其中芥末腐皮, 口感順滑, 豆味香醇, 係我的最愛。車海老 蝦肉爽口彈牙都係意料之內, 但蝦頭嘅鮮味就相當震撼, 燒過嘅蝦頭本來就香氣迫人, 一啜濃郁蝦膏鮮味湧出, 令人食指大動。北寄貝充滿海水鹹味鮮味, 貝肉夠爽脆。金目鯛配南瓜汁金目鯛魚肉鮮嫩無比, 配上南瓜嘅天然甜味, 令整體鮮味更加突出。日本宮崎和牛薄燒 宮崎牛薄片比手掌更大塊, 油花密佈, 一入口油脂馬上攻佔整個口腔, 令人再三回味。白松露炒蘆筍蘆筍夠嫩, 甘甜清爽。呢個鐵板燒套餐份量不少, 臨近尾聲仲有櫻花蝦炒飯同味噌湯。甜品係淋上黃豆粉同黑糖嘅雲呢拿雪糕。
