疫情又來了,午市可以堂食必定要支持,難得放假當然約朋友食我最愛的日本料理,今次試試日式浜燒新鮮海鮮。侍應們都非常熱情主動介紹,前菜~新鮮時蔬沾上多春魚加沙甸魚醬,好夾的味道,又可以打開我們的胃口。叫了一個浜燒拼盤~日本活赤貝刺身,鐵罐酒煮白貝6隻,浜燒日本活文蛤,浜燒愛爾蘭生蠔,鰹魚湯浜燒日本活北寄貝,黑松露牛油活帆立貝浜燒,鹽燒喜之次,全部都勁新鮮勁正,因為怕唔夠飽,所以另加了辣味噌大根牛舌煮,超林超入味,肉厚又juicy,朋友點了生啤,而我駕車所以點了蜂蜜柚子梳打,食海鮮必定要飲凍的。
