To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

逢星期二9點左右在教會開完會，就慣例來喜滿樓菜館食宵夜。8個人來到，今日好多食物已沽清，因為好生意，我地就叫了芝麻雞和炸子雞雙拼、涼瓜黃立䱽，上湯蝦伊麵、咕嚕肉，薑蔥桶蠔、黃金蝦，全部都做得不錯，芝麻雞和炸子雞必吃，涼瓜黃立䱽煎得香，味道不錯，只是涼瓜稍為少了點，咕嚕肉皮脆肉汁多，整體是滿意的，如肉能再切細件一點會更好。薑蔥桶蠔味道沒有問題。所有食物溫度都很好，來得也很快，喜歡慢慢吃的朋友就稍嫌效率太快，這家餐廳基本上是小炒餐廳跟茶餐廳的結合。
