To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

元朗冇咩懷舊菜館,經朋友好介紹,所以阿媽生日一家人出去土瓜灣食。樓面阿姐推介幾道懷舊菜包括芝麻雞丶焗魚腸丶蝦多士丶咸魚煎肉餅。佢話芝麻雞呢道菜係功夫菜,花幾個鍾將雞上芝麻及封乾,技巧也流失了。另外個焗魚腸而家好少地方有得食,呢度都算真材實料,而且焗到好香,值得一食。最鍾意個蝦多士,大大隻蝦,啲蝦餃夠晒彈牙,連埋塊脆多士一齊食,多重口感。下次會預訂埋個爵士湯同其他菜式。雖然係遠啲,但係不枉此行,最緊要阿媽生日過得高興。 continue reading

呢期流行食懷舊菜,朋友帶我去了土瓜灣喜滿樓食下夠唔夠懷舊。呢度除左有多款出名懷舊菜式如芝麻雞、梅子鴨丶蝦多士丶蜜椒鱔球丶焗魚腸,更推行少鹽少油,啱晒我口味,食了幾道拿手菜,真的少鹽少油,味道仍足夠。我最欣賞個燉湯叫爵士湯、材料十足,清甜滋潤,當甜蜜瓜及螺頭遇上金華火腿就是這種味道,另外叫了幾款招牌菜芝麻雞、椒鹽鮑魚、蝦多士、黃金蝦,食過番尋味。芝麻雞算特別,食完才知道什麼叫香脆。食完呢餐完全冇口乾冇味精反應,值得推介比各位健康飲食男女。 continue reading

呢間餐廳鄰近高山公園出名食晚飯小菜,今朝一早經過見有做早餐,一於試試。早餐選擇頗多多,三四十蚊價錢實惠。叫咗A餐金牌沙嗲牛肉配通粉,牛肉粉量多,有口感得嚟好淋同冇筋,沙嗲湯底極濃非常惹味,每啖牛肉同通粉入口都感受到沙嗲嘅辣勁,食完成碗湯係深啡色可見沙嗲味有幾濃,好味!跟餐仲有腸仔煎蛋同牛油方包,味道正常,值得一提係牛油份量極多,唔會好似坊間好多茶記搽得少少。$37飽肚得嚟食到咁高質嘅沙嗲牛,性價比高👍🏻👍🏻 continue reading
