To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 知道這裡多人就先訂位,但電話打了好幾次都無人聽。最後響到自動cut線前終於有人聽。訂八位七時。到達時只是六點二十分,見到我個名字的訂座牌還未上台,剛好見到有海景位吉了出來,就溜了進去~~ 話說是吃海鮮,其實大家又不算大熱衷,故海鮮只點了聖子一斤,佢話一隻一兩(豉椒炒),蒜溶蒸線貝八隻(廿五蚊隻!!),彩虹秘制蝦一斤。聖子和線貝都幾好味~ 新鮮,蝦就唔得,並非因為蝦唔新鮮,而係個醬汁唔match.. 佢聲稱蜜糖加黑椒汁煮,不過.... 好怪,早知白焯算了。揀海鮮時一定要好小心選擇,除了新鮮與否,預算份量都好重要,落單既人一定會用盡方法另你買得有多無少,玩弄數字遊戲。一於少理,計人頭叫就最好,例如蝦可以一開二,大隻既一開三,隻數可以買少一點。買聖子時,問佢一斤有幾多,竟然答你一斤60蚊,你識唔識廣東話架?佢話八個人食要兩斤先夠,咕嚕肉又話食大才夠吃,聽佢講就死,聖子一斤都十幾隻啦,咕嚕肉細既都唔少,仲要不停sell賴尿蝦,大的$150,小的$50,不過我地只想要普遍蝦囉!! 千祈千祈唔好信佢,又無禮貌又講大話又串咀,叫得少又要黑面。小菜還叫了紅燒豆腐,蝦醬通菜,芝士焗伊面(好味),椒鹽鮮尤

小菜還叫了紅燒豆腐,蝦醬通菜,芝士焗伊面(好味),椒鹽鮮尤(好味不過好少),蜜糖豆炒牛柳粒,腰果雞丁,小菜份量除了咕嚕肉外是偏少的,味道算是可以,沒有糖水只有果盤啦。

邊食天虹邊熄燈,以為咁浪漫,原來...好多飛蟻呀,頭又有,身又有,台又有,餸都有..... 好影響食慾呀....


賣單時落單果個阿叔居然問我做邊行,我地成台人突然間靜晒,好咢然 囉,又話你問得咁清楚係好架,好叻,乜乜七七咁。我相信佢唔抵得我地問得咁清潔扼我地唔到,sell唔到我地買貴野,所以條氣唔順囉。

天虹d人係溝通上都好有問題,我諗如果我地叫多d海鮮,就會被騙得愈嚴重,呢篇食評就變左"喊" 同埋寫佢地係黑店!!!!!

回程船票開飯時拎定最好,以免爆滿,今晚高興的就是坐那個船,十五分鐘已回到香港仔,好快,好爽。
