今次去呢間日本餐廳係因為一邊玩,一邊吃!我叫左一個安格斯盛盒!一上菜就已經比我吸引左,賣相好靚,啲紋路清晰,側邊有啲炸皮金黃色!然後,我急不可待夾兩塊牛上去鐵板燒!職員主動介紹個食法係每邊燒20-30秒,就食得。不過,我個人吾太鐘意食太生,就燒左1分鐘。食落都吾會韌,然且都好重牛味,每人都有4塊!佢仲比左3個醬汁,鹽燒,海鹽,芥末!個人最鍾意鹽燒同芥末,食落同牛好match!最後,驚太油膩,仲有個迷你野菜盛,南瓜片,日本紫薯,翠肉瓜,不過最後先燒,因為製作需時。。。。見到枱面有個迷你餐牌,就叫左一個名古屋雞翼!有4隻!炸得好香脆!不過味道適中,吾算特別:)最後梗係要叫飯先飽肚!蒲燒鰻魚!佢非常肥美,冇乜骨,啲肉質都厚實。不過啲飯有啲水。。太濕。。。可以改善下!其他整體都好好,環境都佈置得超用心,又播下日文歌,令人置身係日本之中。個場冇人係因為我早食飯,一到7:30,全場full house ....大家要訂座呀!!
