訂枱時話有兩輪時段,第一輪Full晒訂唔到。一係訂第二輪8點半,一係第一輪前就要埋單。只可以食一個鐘。咁我訂第二輪,寧願遲啲食。準時去到發現無枱,通知服務員我訂左8點半。佢叫我等等,一等等左20分鐘。唔再問應該唔會有人理,一問佢地話無枱埋單,所以無枱比我。如果咁講我早要左將枱唔埋單,咁都得架啦。佢地全程都係黑口黑面對答。 continue reading

琥酌嘅A5和牛來自鹿兒島、宮崎,安格斯牛肉則從美國運送到港。午市有套餐,但一旦要燒吉列牛就必須要叫晚市套餐(明明見尖沙嘴分店午市套餐都有吉列牛揀,係太子分店無☹️)。Angus Beef Katsu-Gyu Set($368)安格斯吉列御膳 小編專程來就係要食吉列牛,所以就無唸咁多,叫咗頂級安格斯安吉列御膳,吉列牛採用美國安格斯肩胛肉(3個套餐選擇中最平,另外2個價錢就$468/$780)。每個套餐都跟牛舌芯片、鹿兒島A5和牛肩胛片 ,以及頂級安格斯牛肉片。很喜歡外層的麵包糠,外皮炸至黃金香脆,吃起來脆卜卜,內裏則肉質嫩滑,油花分佈均稱。而且自己負責燒特別有意思🐂。除牛肉,還有季節野菜盛盒,包括蕃薯仔🍠、南瓜片🎃、翠玉瓜🥬、蕃茄仔🍅原條錦鰻御膳沒有想過原條鰻魚真的很大,幾乎蓋過整個丼飯。鰻魚燒得香,蒲燒醬汁也不賴,跟肥美的鰻魚很配! continue reading
