高質吉列牛居酒屋😍難得今日個fd放假,我地大家都好鍾意日本野食,於是我帶佢離左依間好出名吉列牛既餐廳聚一聚,點知發現依間日式居酒屋原來咁高質!一離到見到裝修好靚,完全同日本既居酒屋間局一樣,仲有好多櫻花既decorations,我依d港女打卡一流🤣 離到緊係要食吉列牛啦,叫左個安格斯盛盒$368,燒烤爐同吉列牛分開上,未煮既大約3成熟,我地再擺上爐到燒一燒,燒到9成熟左右,擺入口勁好食!牛既外層有脆脆既吉列炸粉,但又唔會太厚,包住勁香勁林既安格斯牛,就算燒完都好juicy,口感外脆內軟,真心必食!五星級質素🤩🤟🏻另外叫左明太子手羽燒$48平時好驚d雞翼好油,食依間可以放心,完全唔會油,勁滑仲去埋骨,一啖咬落去全部都係明太子嘅餡料,超足料😛另一樣要推介嘅係琥酌井$118睇去相貌平平但真係爆好味!!!裡面有好多黑松露、肉碎、蔬菜絲、菇,黑松露味勁香,有勁多,一啲都唔吝嗇,好味又健康🥰依家真係我食過最好味嘅吉列牛,人生必食,下次一定會再帶埋成班friend嚟🤟🏻 continue reading

餐廳:琥酌 (太子)地址:太子西洋菜北街159A號地舖講起吉列,唔知大家會諗起咩呢?吉列豬扒?定係吉列魚柳?近呢幾年香港新興嘅吉列牛唔知大家又有無試過呢?比起前面兩者,仲多左一款樂趣就係可以自己燒去決定生熟程度,食飯能夠有多少少選擇權去揀自己想要嘅熟稔程度,同話事燒幾耐,都不失為一種享受太子西洋菜北街有一間叫琥酌嘅日式居酒屋,除左有各式各樣嘅日本清好似清酒梅酒咁,仲有日式火鍋、丼飯、刺身同吉列牛食,吉列牛仲有A5和牛同肩胛肉眼同美國安格斯肩胛肉揀頂級安格斯牛吉列御膳 $368安格斯肩胛肉取自豬背脊前方到肩胛骨位嘅肉,屬於豬身上運動量比較多嘅部位。肩胛肉嘅肉味比較豐富,而且肉香亦突出濃烈,加上帶少少筋又有啲油脂,以吉列嘅方式煎香,唔洗加任何調味都已經好好食琥酌丼(小) $68琥酌主打牛肉,而呢個琥酌丼就係和牛同安格斯牛肉粒配自家製醬汁嘅飯,一碗飯就可以試勻兩款牛,牛肉亦切成碎粒,加上野菌同香甜嘅醬汁,惹味得黎仲有好重牛肉香明太子手羽燒(2件) $48手羽先係日本名古屋嘅特產,名古屋當地嘅做法係先將雞翼炸好,然後再搽上唔同醬料,最後灑上香料。琥酌嘅明太子手羽燒將明太子塞入無骨雞翼入面再炸香,仲剩低香脆雞翼尖可以慢慢咀嚼,比起以往食開嘅雞翼,多左明太子係入面無咁單調亦夠哂特色 continue reading

You can still feel the texture of the beef which is really good.-「吉列牛」就聽得多呀,到底佢係點黎咖呢?原來早就係明治時代,由西方傳入吉列牛烹調文化。但當時期既牛肉價錢比較貴,唔係個個應付得起。為左配合日本人口味,慢慢改用吉列豬同蝦,後來慢慢被重新掀起吉列牛熱潮,再延伸到利用小型烤爐比客人享受自己燒既樂趣。而今次我就同朋友黎到呢間專食吉列牛既專門店「琥酌」。店面面鋪唔大,不過簡約原木配搭水泥牆非常搶眼,帶出現代工業風格,有種新派居酒屋既感覺,唔會有好大既壓迫感!👇📌頂級安格斯牛吉列御膳 - $368👉餐廳既吉列牛套餐有平有貴,我就揀左呢個經濟型安格斯肩胛肉。呢到既處理程序會先將原塊牛肉沾上自家吉列炸漿,再放入高溫炸爐大概一分鐘,再厚切呈上。咁樣裡面仲保留到鮮紅半生狀態,再按自己鍾意既生熟程度,再放上小型鐵爐慢慢煎熟佢。Staff建議每邊煎返20-30秒就岩岩好,要留意時間好重要,煎耐左係會影響成個口感同埋肉質會變韌。而每啖肉都可以配搭返秘製醬汁,包括辣椒岩鹽、柚子胡椒、和風芥末。但我就認為食牛肉一定要原汁原味,先係最好食。個Set仲會附上三色野菜盛,分別有南瓜、一口蕃薯、翠玉瓜,叫做清清個味蕾!📌和牛涮涮鍋 - $128👉除左有吉列牛主食,仲點左個和牛涮涮鍋試下。呢到唔會有爐比你慢慢烚,廚師已經幫你整定好,只需要輕輕將所有材料浸一段時間就可以即食。醬油湯底甜度適中,和牛雖然唔屬於高等級,但食到就有濃郁肉味,入口腍滑,算幾有誠意。📌吉列和牛薯餅 - $68👉想食多樣吉列炸物就當然唔少得薯餅啦,佢地既炸漿非常鬆脆,咬落唔會漿住個咀,食得過! continue reading

之前喺日本食過吉列牛,返到嚟香港一直都想食返。突然醒起好耐之前喺香港食過一間都唔錯,於是再黎試下😁呢間餐廳嘅裝修頗有特色,牆上邊寫滿一啲有關日本嘅字,而且吧枱附近都擺放左日本嘅唔同嘅清酒,好有feel。比起我第一次嚟,都多咗好多唔同嘅菜式。而家唔單止有吉列牛食,仲有啲套餐會俾埋其他牛肉你自己燒,而且價錢亦都唔係話好貴。而且仲多咗一啲燒物,飯類,總之而家食物種類多咗好多👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻🥢安格斯吉列牛吉列牛表面炸得好鬆脆,炸粉唔係好厚,但亦都唔會同牛肉分離。有埋個細細的爐,侍應建議每邊少二十幾秒,但都視乎返自己想食幾多成熟就燒返幾耐,會邊燒20秒大約四五成熟左右。安格斯牛10分嫩滑😌,亦好重牛味,而且切得個厚薄適中。🥢明太子雞翼雞翼炸得好好,唔油膩。而且雞翼入邊啲明太子都好多, 10分飽滿。👍🏻👍🏻不過略嫌隻雞翼細隻咗少少,如果大隻啲就開心啲🤭🤭🥢和牛涮涮鍋睇樣都知道啲和牛油脂分佈得好好,係入口即溶嗰款,果然冇令我失望。🤤而且湯底唔會話太濃太咸,連埋啲配菜食簡直係一流。 continue reading
