呢到唔會有爐比你慢慢烚,廚師已經幫你整定好,
只需要輕輕將所有材料浸一段時間就可以即食。
醬油湯底甜度適中,和牛雖然唔屬於高等級,
但食到就有濃郁肉味,入口腍滑,算幾有誠意。

今日金魚街買野後去左呢間吉列牛餐廳晚飯。環境好似居酒屋咁,有卡位,又見到個水吧,我地差唔多七點去,平日未係好多人。畀左個卡位我地揀左一份安格斯牛肩胛肉($368),係單點,冇餐,有九塊,都唔平。不過望落塊牛又係幾靚嘅。每邊燒大樣15至20秒就啱啱好。個面包糠外皮唔錯,夠脆,而個牛有牛香,唔會韌,好味!!另外要左個鰻魚飯($108做主食),價格合理因為都幾大份。鰻魚唔夠熱,但夠厚肉同埋個蒲燒汁唔會太咸,又幾入味。本人對米飯比較著重,覺得啲米以日本餐廳嚟講就做得唔夠好,唔夠粒粒分明。另外叫左個小食,明太子手羽燒($48)有兩隻。去左骨,釀左啲明太子入去,好方便,咬落去啖啖肉,如果冇咁咸就更好!食物質素有改善空間,不過吉列牛係好味嘅,希望下次嚟嘅時候,試其他野會有驚喜!

另外要左個鰻魚飯($108做主食),價格合理因為都幾大份。鰻魚唔夠熱,但夠厚肉同埋個蒲燒汁唔會太咸,又幾入味。本人對米飯比較著重,覺得啲米以日本餐廳嚟講就做得唔夠好,唔夠粒粒分明。

另外叫左個小食,明太子手羽燒($48)有兩隻。去左骨,釀左啲明太子入去,好方便,咬落去啖啖肉,如果冇咁咸就更好!

虎酌虎酌食過唔小次已經,每次都係令人非常滿足咁離開。今日放lunch行開太子咁岩口痕就拉左我同事一齊食個豪小小既午餐,食完真係又飽又滿足,無一次令我失望!!!!我自己諗都唔諗就叫左個吉列牛定食。而我朋友就叫左照燒雞排定食。先講下個吉列牛定食,一如既往都係份量足,味道好。牛燒到5成食入口嫩,牛味夠,加埋外邊個吉列皮真係無得輸,令我完全唔想同朋友share。之後朋友個雞排定食都非常唔錯,雞排嫩滑,加埋照燒汁非常好味。另外仲有配好多前菜,小食之類。全部一律都係水準之內!!!

初開業既時候來吃過,久未光顧,味道依然!坐位舒適,環境不錯。嘿嘿安格斯吉列牛,兩邊用熱鍋煎下,鎖住肉汁,牛肉偏瘦,但口感都軟腍!肉味濃!嘿嘿吉列嘅外層口感,很香口!如果有配飯就更好!另外有三款醬料,芥末醬,有鹽醬,有岩鹽!配以芥末醬不錯呢!嘿嘿另外叫左一個和牛涮涮鍋 日式醬油湯底 $128,超重牛味,配搭既雜菜很入味,可是份量較小,嘿嘿還有最後的明太子雞翼,熱辣辣,味道正常!去骨雞翼配有明太子嘅鹹香!嘿嘿

一直聽聞呢間日本吉列牛受到不少年青人的好評,今次終於有時間一試頂級安格斯牛吉列御膳 $368採用美國安格斯肩胛肉,每份大約十塊醬汁分別有蛋黃醬,鹽,蒜汁🧄逐塊放在爐上,燒大約20秒即可,牛不用熟透,才能保證肉質鮮嫩,油不是太多,牛肉條紋十分靚外脆內軟的口感,牛肉十分冧,放進口裏細味咀嚼,令人急不及待燒下一塊加了額外小菜,配上紫薯、南瓜、翠玉瓜等一起燒併炸芝麻雞翼🐤表皮十分脆,十分惹味和風照燒雞扒定食 $148 晚市一人分量黑松露肉碎沙律🥗令人十分開胃高麗菜西冷豚肉湯,湯的材料十分豐富,有不同的蔬菜配搭日本米飯🍚🇯🇵十分香,米飯份量飽滿照燒雞扒十分滑嫩,雞皮亦十分薄,配上醬汁十分夾

今日下午去咗呢間餐廳點左個價錢唔平大概130蚊,但係質素欠佳嘅魚生飯, 成碗飯只有兩片 薄切三文魚,兩隻細蝦,及兩細片北寄貝同埋兩小玉子。 性價比極低!!! 另外魚生味道唔新鮮, 三文魚啲味道叔叔地 ,啲飯仲有啲怪味。 唯一好處係個麵豉湯煮得唔錯。最後 ,間舖頭明明貼住所有信用卡嘅logo, 但最後話午市唔收信用卡, 完全冇在任何地方講清楚。見到呢間餐廳有好多好評,我懷疑可能大部分都係自己友, 星期六午市去到成間餐廳得三枱客,烏蠅飛過都聽到。一定唔會再光顧

呢排放假接朋友收工,順手係太子食飯係朋友地頭,當然由佢決定食咩喇朋友推介食呢間吉列牛平日六點幾來到,唔洗等位人流唔算多餐廳行日本居酒屋風, 彷似置身小日本吉列牛叫左安格斯安格斯油花豐富帶少少筋廚房已經先炸好外皮, 侍應送上小爐自行放上小爐燒熟,既可以控制幾成又富趣味燒好後配上三種醬汁,唔同味蕾感覺原條錦鰻御膳一黎到有驚喜,超大條鰻魚連條碟都就黎裝唔曬鰻魚肉厚身配上日本米,2個人食都足夠芝麻雞翼即叫即炸,香脆可口但唔油
