今日黑雨WFH,天氣轉好啲就去附近荃新天地搵食,今次揀咗主打潮州菜既‘自己人’,地方相當闊落且裝修新淨,環境相當舒服。頭盤叫咗潮汕生醃蟹,賣相已經相當吸引,飽滿既橙紅蟹膏生醃後呈半凝固狀,蟹肉醃透後呈晶瑩果凍質感,鮮甜滑溜,配上魚露醬油蒜椒芫荽鹹鮮極致發揮,必點!椒鹽大鮑魚超級大隻,肉質鮮嫩彈口,配上椒鹽相當惹味。金不換焗鮮魷亦相當不錯。魚翅撈飯聽阿爺講得多,試一次成就解鎖,味道亦確實唔錯,魚翅爽滑彈牙,米飯吸收濃湯後綿軟鮮香。另外試左新出既煙燻豆腐,除咗豆腐仲有啲蜆蝦金華火腿,而湯底最為出色,鮮蝦熬製濃郁鮮甜。潮汕滷水炸乳鴿亦相當抵食,每人一隻,皮脆肉嫩超Juicy。叫嘢飲可以免茶介,我地就試左手打鴨屎香檸檬茶和黃皮手打檸檬茶,前者經典味道不陌生,後者酸咸交加相當特別。
