經過呢間主打天婦羅食店,見到個餐牌就好想食,一於進入開餐囉,入座後有店舖自製的黑豆麥茶, 好飲又可以解解膩,都唔錯👍。丼飯會奉上白蘿蔔、海藻子薑以及足料的味噌湯。而烏冬就只有白蘿蔔&海藻子薑。老友則點了迷你天丼配稻庭烏冬(温),有5款配料可配搭很讚啊!烏冬都是店家自製的,我都品嘗了一口,真係好滑溜,煙韌又彈牙!江戸前天丼,食材有長達30cm~招牌穴子天婦羅,超級厚肉身肥美又軟滑,炸到非常之脆口,尚有肉質彈牙之海老,小柱魷魚天婦羅餅,莢豌豆🫛同埋海苔,店舖是用傳統做法,將炸起的食材先放於飯上面,再淋醬汁,是要把每件天婦羅都可以沾上醬汁,每件都適量地沾有醬汁,全部食材都脆薄,炸漿薄身食落唔會覺得油膩,堅係好食嘅,配搭煙韌的日本米飯🍚,粒粒分明很好食😋。㊙️丼碗的秘密㊙️丼碗是運用了源自江戶時代的陶瓷工藝,佐賀有田燒來製作,碗底部份特意做成空心設計,為更能保持碗中食物的溫度,由外觀賣相到實用性,都是一絕的江戶前味道!
